Very few people are. The closest would be old school people that weren't fake. Rachel Braband is a great example. Darrell is also a really good person.

Clearly someone being on drugs and alcohol has damaged KVM as a person and that's why he has such a visceral reaction to this situation and Svetlana. As much as I can't stand KVM, I do hate what he's gone through and I pray one day he finds healing and peace.
