Arguably the biggest strategist The Challenge has ever seen, Wes started his career going into, and surviving, a record number of eliminations. He immediately followed that up with his first win. Wes's bold strategies have had most of his seasons end with him either dominating to the final like a monster truck, or flaming out like his red hair. Along the way in his near-20 seasons, he has picked up two more wins, most recently in All-Stars 3.
