you do realize it's bc he's white right? They had to fill the 50% POC quota so they put Nelson there
As for tori she was needed bc a lot of the most recent female champs are banned or ignored (camila, cara, dee, ashley, jenny) and then laurel takes breaks.

Tony has always been a priority. We know what I think of Tony what I'm not naive enough to not comprehend why they want Tony. That my issue with a lot of complaints here...just because we all or I hate someone doesn't mean we shouldn't comprehend why they're cast.
The only reason Devon was even brought back for 36 was because John declined right? They have their white guys they like to cast, and if they all accept, Devon doesn't get his spot.
The only impressive champs vs wins is champs vs pros. The level of competition was higher than any regular challenge or spin-off ever

Yes, the rating were ridiculously good for Cable and incredible for MTV
I think this is clearly production's biggest attempt at casting big names to get casuals to watch- they LOVE Leroy and Kam and probably miss/are fascinated by Tony and Cara

She was on Dirty 30 and RoD. Not her best performances but V has a fanbase and is a recognizable name.

They will got John on a regular season, they don't need to pay to see him. The only casuals watching are those using their parents account or finding a way to watch for free. Actual OG fans are the ones paying.
