I feel like the "new era" has not been well-received by anyone. I'm curious to see how they adjust for 45 and 46. I'm afraid Probst is too egotistical to make the right changes though.

I fear it'll go down the same road as The Challenge where ratings will begin to free fall & even long time fans abandon the show. Nothing can last forever.

but no long term challenge fans have left the show Chavo. show is better than ever lately
the cast is half the problem, its really the format and stupid twist/advantages. idk why jeff think the game HAS to evolve in such a drastic way. Plus I know the producers be behind the camera encouraging these people to say their sob stories. Every character doesnt need that emotional development

also if fiji aint allowing filming for 39 days anymore, maybe thats a reason to...go somewhere else? I remember cast members on WAW saying they remembered certain beaches becsuse they been there before ****

i think that was more a covid thing bc jeff said they have to quarantine beforehand so that eats up some of the 39 days... and also to "play the game quicker" or something

id say i'm a casual and it's not /bad/ but it's definitely the worst of the 40-43 so far
