Even in Britain and France there is a lot of reality tv potential for the challenge, most reality tv stars in both countries have a huge following

Tacha has a huge following in Nigeria the show had low ratings both in their country and here. The only way following affects this show even if it's an small percentage it's if they build their following thanks to do this show.

Don't know how it works in Nigeria, but in Europe we can't watch the show has it is released in the US, most people watch it via illegal stream, because if not we could only watch it months after. I think the point of the internacionals isn't to affect US ratings but to increase social media engagement Tacha's fans were all over the Challenge pages

So why were you asking for people from Australia? Following matters on social networks and in engagement, a people with more following is of course gonna bring more engagement than a person that doesn't, not to mention that these kind of show in today can't live just of of tv numbers

I'm asking for strong and likable personalities from connected shows to be on The Challenge. SLA showed what a disaster it is when you have tons of randoms with no connections. The Brits worked because they had prior relationships. The show needs strong vets (whether we like them or not) like CT, Wes, Johnny, Cara, Laurel, Kailah, etc. with a few old schoolers. They need to be the highlight of the promo, you need a STRONG trailer starring the vets. YOU PROMOTE IT WELL AND HEAVILY. Then you have strong rookies who keep the audience engaged and interested with 15 episodes MAX...including the reunion. The format for success isn't hard. We just have incompetent producers.

Can you imagine starting a show 37 seasons in where it expects you to have seen at least the last 4 seasons and explains nothing about who most of the cast is because it expects you to just know?

A week later and it still flop not just there but in every other MTV that it was released to the point of some of them deciding to just stop airing it

It matters because for example in my country, the challenge only passes on TV like 6 months after the US release, so the people who watch it normally use other sites,so we dont watch tv and dobt contribute to the ratings, but has i said before in my opinion the point of the internacionals isn't the ratings but the social media engagement

Yall need to learn to quote just the last thing and not the whole debate. It's not that hard.

This is a difficult subject for me as someone who's a Brit. In general I prefer US casting for the majority, but you cannot argue that generally speaking since the UK rookies have come into it they've been some of the best rookie castings in recent seasons. Obviously with RW/RR ending they have to get their cast from somewhere and that's obviously going to see a decline because the majority of people who watch the show come from RR/RW days. I get the argument for internationals that no one has heard of etc, but the reason why the majority find it hard to connect with some of these people isn't because of the shows they've come from, it's the language barrier. I get that these people can speak English but when you have people like Logan, Emanuel etc who mumble are probably great in their own language on Spanish/Romanian TV but they won't be able to convey the same emotion/get us invested as much as those who's first language is English.

So, in a nutshell let's say we were going from Vendettas, where before that it was only RW/RR & AYTO? who have been the best rookies? For me personally, other than a few US players (Da'Vonne for sure & Amber B for most people) who else have been solid rookies - Georgia, Melissa, Theo C, Ashley C, Kyle, Rogan, Dee, Bear (I don't like all of these for sure - looking at you Rogan, Dee, Kayleigh & ******* Bear). What I'm saying is they've made a big impact. Even in the most recent season there were plenty of people asking for Kelz and Priscilla back. They're going to have to cast from somewhere in the future which is probably why they're trying to see what works now. Granted the last few seasons have been shit, but WOTW for example was a great season.

I do think they majorly ballsed up SLA because NOBODY wants to see that amount of international rookies, but I think a few each season isn't a bad thing. I still think the show should be made up of at least 80% US cast though.

Britini cried every week on Big Brother, she would not last with them people on The Challenge LMAO

Exactly what I was thinking. She would be such a fish out of water which means we'll prob get her. Britni and Derek F would fit perfectly into how they currently cast.

the only person who's gonna get on the challenge from bb23 is kyland though.
