They do need a shakeup though because the same 10 unlikeable vets always make it far so hopefully the ratings dropping a lot would get them back to brainstorming. Wasnt it said somewhere that they were apparently open to casting people who havent been on inawhile for 38. Wasnt cara apparently on their radar again... you know damn well if the ratings hadnt been bad they wouldnt be doing that lol
