I'm just so triggered right now that production that it was necessary to do a woman's elimination after Jemmye left. What is the point? You could loose a big personality? Why risk that? The are promoting the **** out of Tina for the second All-Stars. This was a dumb decision.

Imagine using Brandon, Cooke, LaToya, Marlon and Averey as exciting/fan favorites lol

KVM, you make the most absurd, tiring strawman arguments. I never said that any of those 5 people would carry the franchise or move the needle for viewership.

My original point still stands. The show is expericing casting issues due to the quota. All five of those people 1.) fill said quota, 2.) won eliminations, 3.) been a part of interesting fights/drama, 4.) have history with the current people on the show.

Any of those five are as relevant to the franchise as any B-lister that has been on the show thus far. Marlon and Brandon can fit into the cast if Syrus/Derek/Nehemiah/Tyler fit. Averey/Cooke/Latoya are no less relevant than Leah/Sophia/Melinda/Cynthia.

Diversity is a good thing but should not result in you casting people who bring nothing but diversity.  If you can't find a better Asian representative than STEVE, then just don't cast any that season.

haven't heard a single compelling name out of any of the people you guys have mentioned. absolutely nothing new that the irrelevant people of color you keep mentioning don't also provide.

if the white people are actual allstars they'll be on and prioritized. loser black people being on and loser white people being on. what is honestly the difference. show sucks either way

LET MARK LONG HELP WITH CASTING

****oo some of you guys are delusional he isn't going to force ppl that don't want to do it,  clear people medically or transform ppl into making the cast diverse

Didn't mark want tony and Emily s on season 1

Yes! & he didn't consider Shane OG enough or something like that ****

this makes no sense. He was on the same season as Darrell and Kendal.

mark must still be mad about battle sexes 2

So my argument is "They say they cannot fill the cast and here are five people that fit all criteria for the cast." And your argument is, "Those people suck. I don't like them. Cancel the show."

Got it. Why are you even here?

i'm saying that you guys pretending that not casting Avery and Brandon Nelson is a core problem with the show. it's not. it will never be the problem. nobody is sitting at an exec table and thinking "Averey instead of Sophia is the move we need!"

do you guys not see how dumb it looks to blame diversity initiatives and then not name a single compelling and entertaining white person to put in their place?

self awareness? am i the only white guy with it in the room? come on people

Tina was never making it to the halfway mark

I love when y'all act like weak people never make it far lol.

I really don't remember Tina like that so the hype and praise she gets confuses me because I've seen nothing but flop placements coming from her. Aneesa might be a better competitor than her.

Speaking of Aneesa where is my auntie.....she must've declined this season

Tina was the last eliminated on Battle of the Sexes 2 and only got elimintated because the men lost on purpose so Arissa would make the final, made the final of Inferno 2, and made the final of Fresh Meat.  So 3 out of her 5 regular seasons she made it basically to the end and 1 of the other 2 she punched Beth and got kicked off.

Only thing about Tina I remembered was her popping Beth and losing a elimination as a mercenary. So you mean to tell me this overhyped flop has never won a final ?

Dude literally everyone was praising this cast when it came out. I don't believe for a second that they cannot get 16 of these people to come back for like 3 or 4 more seasons. **** throw Bananas back into this and it could go for 10 more.

There is a diversity quota enforced by CBS that says that 50% of the cast must be POC. There are a significant amount of people in the casting pool that would fit those necessary spots. Gamer made the argument today that the issue that might end the show explicity revolves around the casting issue.

Your argument on who or what's compelling for the show is completely irrelevant to the central issue.

And I am telling you there are more issues than that.

I wonder if TJ and them are going to market this like "the final battle" Or something like this bc of the trilogy and speculation this is the last season of all stars

Tina didn't even hit Beth like watching it in slow motion she missed so bad

Is it production burnout? No one said that that they had to film AS2 and AS3 back to back. Take six months off.

We've went from a stellar season 3 cast to getting the show cancelled and Season 2 hasn't even aired. Oh boy. I'm just going to enjoy the shows I have to watch like AS2& 3 and Homecoming L.A. and forget about the main show for a while. I need a break from it. I'll try and skip the main show until All Stars is cancelled. At least I'll get my challenge fix in somehow.

And I am telling you there are more issues than that.

straight from the horses mouth, and it didn't need to even be said but alas newsflash more goes into a show getting canned than black and brown people being casted. who woulda thunk it

Right? How did they run this into the ground in less than a year when AS1 was the most beloved season in the last 10+ outside of WOTW1.

Once again when someone come here and post the metrics of paramount subscribers that watched it then I would believed is the most beloved season in the last 10.

I meant that exclusively from online fan sentiment. None of us have the internal metrics.

Paramount + as a whole has been such a flop to me! I feel like they easily could have had the biggest streaming service as far as reality tv goes with past shows that for some reason they haven't put on there and original ones.

Beth's Karma. Maybe Svet was right by ghosting this trainwreck

There isnt, people just think because they like something everyone does

Most people back in the day didn't win a final unless it was on a big team season so it's not as if she's much different than a good chunk of people.  But she's also older now and doesn't have as many friends.

if the metrics were good would Paramount shy away from posting them? good for thought lol
