Anyone correct me if I'm wrong but I felt like I read a Melinda interview some time in the past couple of years where she indicated her marriage to Danny was completely toxic and she seemed to insinuate allegations of abuse? I feel like I remember that correctly.
If this show is still on by then, I kinda hope Theresa comes out of retirement again to do All Stars and finally snatch that win.
Even though I never particularly liked Theresa, she is a strong competitor and not afraid to stir up drama for good tv. I think she would be good for All Stars.

From what we saw on tv, he was too controlling and she was a doormat. I always thought she was too good for him. Maybe he felt that and it made him insecure.
He was telling Knight on BOTS 2 that Melinda finally had enough and told him she was sick of his sh*^.
I personally don't care so much about Melinda and Danny interacting today because we will get more or less what we got on BOTS 2. I think seeing Johanna and Wes energy and attitude towards each other would be more interesting. What went down between them shaped future Challenges, you could argue.

He cheated on her...a lot. Toxic yes. I'm not sure about abuse...maybe she saw it as mental abuse (Ryan even said something on FM about Danny being made about something she was wearing) because he was controlling.
They were very young when they got together. It was never going to last. Same with Wes/Johanna.

Poor Derrick. I'm rewatching Vendettas now and him trying to change up his persona to get cast is cringe. When he was young he could depend on the pit bull bad *** little guy act because the girls thought he was hot. Then he returns for 30 and Is a mercenary and thinks his battle with Joss will be enough to get him invited back but no I guess they thought he was too boring. Now on All Stars he's all goofing telling into the camera each confessional is so cringe.
