This might be a hot take but while I think Theresa has been good tv, I don't think she's in that class of being so deserving of a higher pay than others. Someone like Coral absolutely deserves to demand a higher pay. But some of these Challengers do need to humble themselves. Theresa is no Coral and she's not even a Tina either.

They are getting paid based on the amount of shows they did some are smarter and negotiated a little more than others but no one is getting crazy amount of money like jersey shore/teen moms did on their first few seasons after the first one. Which is the type of money some of them expect and are never getting.

I would say prolly nothing over 10K
I'll be a little bit more generous and say 15-20k max for some people but thats still a good for less than a months work I guess... plus aint some people volunteering to get sent in elimination anyways just to get their appearance fee and bounce home early lol.
I'm sure that they're getting paid a good chunk of change. I'm just saying, we were surprised with some of the names from season 2, that I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Roni or Nathan, who we haven't seen in ages would agree to do this
