Cold weather seasons are so unappealing. Seeing the cast miserable, shaking in huge jackets isn't good tv. And there are many warm locations without hurricanes. They went to a hurricane hotspot in hurricane season lol.

Yeah, but these people have jobs and families. Most of the people on 37 would film 36 months straight if needed. They have nothing going on in their lives, the show is their identity.

The show is still the identity of 80% of this cast there is a reason why none of them have quit yet.
From the guys I feel like Tyler would be the only one with an actual "serious" job & for the girls Casey, Janelle? , Melinda? & Ayanna?. The others I can see being mad but they will get paid for the extra days or week they add.

Making it seem like these people wouldn't have the time to film for longer if filming is extended over the issues they have face. Maybe not identities but people like Brad, MJ, Kendal , Cohutta, Darrell and Nehemiah would still do this if it was the same time frame as a regular season if they had too. They are not on a pedestal over people that does the regular show for 8-10 weeks because they would be there if they still got cast to be on it.

Regardless of Kendell's reasons for quitting I am sure she is making more for being on the show twice than she made for the equivalent time period at her job. Worth it especially if she has a dual income house which seems to be the case.

She had mentioned on an Instagram live earlier in the summer that her job had a change in management and she felt she may be on the oust eventually with them so may be better to jump ship before it happens and lining up a new job instead of waiting for them to replace all the staff. Or something along those lines. I presume it's at least partially that.

it kind of a good idea if it's just availability calls so people can know the dates if they're looking forward to come back. People have kids, jobs, and shit
Yikes! This is tragic now looking at the bigger picture they were in quarantine for a week it was supposed to resumed filming Tuesday-Today then hurricanes happened. Which was just a category 1 but usually in the states it takes a few days to go back to normal. I would guess in some where like Cancun it will take longer to go back to normal due to Electricity going out, house having major damage or not being allow to film challenges in certain places. That will probably take another week of quarantine.
So that's when I see production having issues with cast members because one week understandable but two and even more will become an issue with parents and someone like Teck. I can see people quitting or volunteering once they resume filming.
I hope that crew member lost his job because he really ****** it up. Even with the hurricane, they could have already done 2/3 sets of eliminations before it hit and probably been ok on schedule.

They shouldn't film a 3rd season this year. It needs to rest until like april/may
If filming is a month I think 3 seasons a year is reasonable. April or May is way too long of a break. Paramount needs content.
