Hopefully no one quits. I would hate someone to leave because of this shit.
really hope the game is set up where it would be dentrimental to another castmember if someone wanted to quit. Hopefully if they know their partner was going home too it will discourage them. Some of these people have jobs and kids to get back to so they need to get their **** together. I doubt many of them can stay longer than a month.
Or production should be ready to offer them more money if they think about quitting.
Is it a full 10 day shutdown? Was the crew member positive? Were they vaccinated and it's just a percaution? There's a lot of factors to consider before freaking out. Hopefully it's just a short two day shutdown and they all get tested and return quickly.

Pink confirmed Steve out August 12th (which means elimination #4 was a couple days before that). If the shutdown was right after #4 they have been in quarantine for about a week.
What the hell? That has got to be so frustrating, especially for this cast since I'm sure they planned for a short duration and they have already gotten I assume halfway or more through filming.
And I figured something happened since the updates seemed slow. I thought maybe it was a castmember being out who is hard to track on SM or something.

agreed. I see them choosing partners because in 1st episode of gauntlet 1 Tina, Steve, and Roni bonded on the tarmac being the only minorities on Road Rules. So even Tina and Steve have a connection. Katie and Derek obviously do. Ryan and Sophia season 1 alternates from NYC, and Derek c and Leah likely last picked lol. I think Tyler-Janelle would be obvious Darrel likely with Jonna (based on how well they worked in the final) or Kendal Brad certainly not with Kendal lol maybe with Jodi as they worked with each other on the Duel and made the finals. Ayanna and Laterrian did extreme challenge together and he had her back when she was kicked off . Teck--Nehemiah-Kendal-Casey hung out for days the week of Marks party. I can see Melinda with MJ or Cohutta. Jasmine who knows lol.

Good analysis. I see Darrell with Kendal. Not only do they have that season connection, but Darrell wants to win BAD and he saw how good a competitor Kendal was on the first season.
