They can just improvise and do the same musical intertube challenge from Seasons at an indoor pool. That was one of my favs. I doubt they'll shut down over a storm.
Wow. I'm surprised it was supposed to go that long. There must be multiple people with covid if they are shut down, which is surprising. I figured most cast and production would be vaccinated.

As far as I heard no one from the cast has covid and very likely all are vaccinated probably except for one or two
They are still in qurantine and it has been a week. Filming was supposed to end the 23-26 no way that's the case anymore lmaoo
i hope these ppl get paid for the quarantine since this was out of their control. I can see a lot of ppl not wanting to come back again because of this

agreed i feel like production has to pay them more. hopefully they were given their phones and computers so that they can work and talk to their families on this week off to allow them to finish filming the season

and when the show starts to air and ppl talk about it, they're going to mention the shut down. That's also going to turn off ppl who potienally had some interest on doing this show as well
I really hope this doesn't get cancelled but it's really going to **** the game up. The good news is that it should pass by Thursday night so hopefully by Friday/Saturday they can get back to filming.

Well unless covid is running rampant among production this shut down is so stupid.
I like the cold locations but that's mainly because I prefer cold to hot personally. I rather run a final frozen risking frostbite than get heat exhaustion.

Chances are they may just have more people in the final than they had planned to make up for lost time, or do double eliminations. The latter would kind of suck though if you got screwed over with one of those.
Well let's also see if everyone wants to return. If even 1 guy/1 girl quit, that brings them down to 14 people left. Two more eliminations gets you to 10, which is fine for the final. The problem will be how many episodes they expected for this and how long they can drag it out for.

im with you on this, id want mountains with high altitudes as thats what im used to living in CO
Cold weather seasons are so unappealing. Seeing the cast miserable, shaking in huge jackets isn't good tv. And there are many warm locations without hurricanes. They went to a hurricane hotspot in hurricane season lol.

Same--it's probably a lot about what people grew up with and are comfortable with. I'm annoyed when it's hotter than 70 lol
If the show gets canceled who gets the money lol
If someone has covid, I get it. But if no one has it and they are unnecessarily quaranting I would quit.
i feel like this will get cancelled due to the hurricane causing them to have to push back production even further

i hope the production member was fired and fined

If this shit gets canceled on the season that Ayanna does the unthinkable and actually comes back FINALLY...... boy oh boy

So what did this crew member do? Go out on the town?
He or she didn't test positive? None of the cast or crew did? Than axe that crew member and get the show on the road.
No one is going to want to sign up for this again after shutting down a full week for being overly cautious. And now a hurricane. A mess.
I thought the article said a tropical storm not a hurricane...

Oh yikes!
This is why they film in cold locations lol
Are they paying castmates more because of this?
Don't give them ideas :/

whew, I rather run in the heat

if this does somehow resume filming, it's going to be so rushed lol

I know Derrick K has something to do with this...
