The point of the show is to win and get the money but for a while i dont actually think a lot of the cast really care about that. Yes them winning a half a million would be great but their main goal is to continue to get cast and be on TV. I think people like Kyle and Devin are perfectly fine not winning. Since winning the show now doesnt gaurentee a call back.
