Either way you can be broken up but do not lead your ex on during the second quarantine. Sending her that saying she still love her was a way to lead her on while she was hooking up with Nany in the house. That's why Nany broke up with her now ex during it and just act like she is single if they asked her in the interviews for the episodes.
