I don't even like Josh but using someone ALLEGEDLY being gay as a clap back is so late. Idc if he's gay or straight but it's ignorant & inconsiderate for people to ask WHY would he be upset by what Ashley said IF he isn't gay. Umm, there's a lot that comes with coming out for some people lol.
Also like not for nothing, Josh shouldn't continuously put himself on national TV and act the way he does arguing with everyone and anything, without expecting some blacklash
Ok but his backlash should be Devin trolling him and calling him a ***** and other type things backlash can't be calling him gay (when he may still be in the closet) or anything else outwardly racist/homophobic.
Why? If Ashley wants to call him out for being gay or saying that everyone thinks he's gay then she should go for it. He has no respect NONE for other people. If she said it as being gay is a "bad thing" then that's homophobic and a different issue but she's allowed to say that everyone thinks he's gay. Let's not pretend that's the first time it's been said.
we don't know how she said it, that's the point. It was probably in a homophobic way, hence the dq

KVM idk what type of headache you had this morning, but i wanna say kudos and that its suiting you well bc im agreeing with you 1000% right now lmao
Here's how I see it. If Kaycee wasn't out and someone did this to them despite the fact she treats everyone with respect I would have a problem with it but we're talking about Josh. If you don't respect others they aren't going to respect you.
I just personally see it like this Josh may be gay and let's say he was fighting with Ashley calling her fake and trashy and Ashley said everyone knows your gay. How would y'all feel (gay people lol) if you were in that situation before coming out and you just got outted in front of everyone AND on TV. Ashley could have came at him with so many other insults. Just my opinion but this is more on your ethics I guess.

agreed! And like for all we know it could be a Natalie situation where Josh told the cast he likes dudes and ashley pulled that out in the heat of the moment

That's a different argument though. It's being said that Ashley isn't allowed to say anything about her believing he's gay no matter what disrespectful thing he did. That's the argument. And, no, we don't know it was homophobic. MTV errors on the side of caution now because of the current climate.

personally as a gay male who isnt out to my parents yet, if i were going on tv i would know damn well that could be something that gets brought up and i would either outwardly come out to my parents before it aired or prepare them that something is gonna be said that i havent told them yet, bc i would know thay by putting myself in the limelight anything about my life would be fair game
josh acts gay so if he isnt gay and doesnt want people calling him that then he should stop acting like one
just be quiet oh my god
i didnt say anything wrong??
theres no set way for how a gay person is supposed to act, ive met straight guys who are more in touch with their feminine side than i am just like ive met gay guys who are more masculine than i am as a gay male....just bc MTV and most networks tend to cast feminine guys as gay reps does not equate thats how all gay guys are

What y'all tend to forget is there are no rules when it comes to fighting & arguing. If you're like Josh, constantly running off at the mouth, and talking YOUR shit , you cannot be upset when someone talks their shit back no matter how low they go.
Your forgetting their on national TV and now she's fumbled her bag.
Which is HER issue that is completely unrelated to you or anyone else but idc if they are on tv. There is no limits in an argument. Don't speak up if youon want nothing said to you

Ok but 1. Maybe his parents are super conservative and he's worried about telling them and 2. Maybe he still doesn't even know his own sexuality to be able to come to terms with it. Everyone's different and I just think forcing him to come to terms with his sexuality on TV is not it. Ashley bringing that up forces him to come out/comment/react to it. She could have called him every other name but that she should have stayed away from.

ashley commenting on his sexuality during an argument was mostly likely done with malicious intent. It's not even about being disrespectful to just josh, it's about being disrespectful towards gay people because she's using it to insult him(if that's how it happened). So it stops being about josh and it starts being about how she sees being gay as something wrong/funny/to insult someone with. At least that's how I see it (btw I'm here for the josh hate, I'm just not here for homophobia)
Ashley could've went a different route. Call him a fat *** like jessica graf did. I'm sure jessica wanted to call him all types of gay but she refrained from doing so. Same with Devin who just continued to call him an idiot. Josh is very disrespectful and deserves to be disrespected but the gay stuff should be left out of it bc that's a very touchy personal subject.
I remember when TJ made Josh look the fool when he was congratulating Kyle for taking out "the guy who likes to cry a lot" thats the only time i thought TJ was a good host.
So in turn: if you're ever cast on the challenge, don't ever talk to Josh. Like don't even acknowledge the man cause he traps you in his web of drama. (Not even enjoyable drama)

Jeremiah fans would never say something like that. Only a cory fan would smh
Which vets are coming thru to fill in for Aneesa, Ashley, and Amanda since it looks like they'll all be taking a break?
