a vet. you're only a rookie for one season. on your second season you're a vet. doesn't matter how far you made it or how long ago it was. if Nate and Priscilla, first boots of Battle of the Exes, randomly came back today then they would both be vets.
Thanks! Vets to me always seemed to be those that put in their time and years on the show and earned the title of "Vet". Like CT, Johnny, Nany, Aneesa, Leroy, etc.
Back in the day when you were on your 3rd challenge you were considered a vet but then they just went with sports terms. Your rookie season is the only time you're a rookie which does make a lot of sense. There's definitely "super" vet or "real vets" vs people on their second or third season though at this point.
