Part of the problem is we know the food issue will happen again. Drunk people tend to be inconsiderate and they're going to take her food (accidentally or on purpose) but I think she should take a season away and think about it before returning.
I wouldn't cast her based on her quitting but I wouldn't cast anyone not named Coral who quit. No Trishelle, No Dunbar, Not half of Rivals 3, Not Jay, Not Lolo, etc. Unless someone quit because of a family issue (see Naomi or maybe Tyrie though that was iffy) then I'm not on board with bringing them back but I'm in the minority on that.

it honestly would surprise me if Cara, Laurel, Emily S., or any other Freshmeat 2 people ended up on this. Zach not so much. They may ask him but I think he's still on their radar for the "regular " challenges.
