It didn't say it was pig's blood specifically and no one in the ep called it that, though. The label was literally "liter of blood" and everything else was sheep/ram related. Why would you think it's pig related?
Editing to add: the only time they labeled blood was for the sabotage plate which was sheep's blood. So yeah, the other blood was from a sheep most likely. They wouldn't randomly make it come from a pig when everything else isn't.
