At this point, if the cast don't care (which they clearly don't) then I don't care. This is reality tv, it's not a game show, it's not a sport with a consistent set of rules. There will always be production manipulation for them to get what they think is good tv. As long as the cast continue to sign those contracts, they can't be mad. I'm sure 75% of them will sign on for next season with no hesitation.
After what was spilled about last seasons final, Kyle and Cory still decided to do this season and they both got burned for it.. again. Well Cory did.
we've established in the ratings thread that no one person brings in ratings to the key demo, i've literally written papers on Nielsen back in school lmao. up until the middle of last year people still went into that thread every week caring about the total viewers number while me and pink been trying to educate for what 2 odd years now?
The Challenge is in untouchable status with that demo, it's too long standing. they could cast who they want and put on what they want and it'd still be the number 1 non sports/news broadcast on Wednesdays.
