Best part is then people have to try. Eliminations can be last place vs. the person selected by the top 3. I'm tired of people not trying during missions
I actually would love if they brought back the scoreboard for the regular season as well. It would def knock some of the newer faces down some pegs when they realize they aren't the best competitor like they think they are.
Instead of skulls they just need to go back to bank accounts and if you beat someone you take theirs.
That's way more incentive
There were two issues with the bank accounts
1. People that won eliminations became huge targets. Sew Cohutta
2. Other than Darrell no one was willing to go in to win money. They still avoided it.
Still better than this dumb skulls twist.
Any sort of ranked leaderboard (maybe you get points if you do well in dailies, lose points if you're last or at the bottom, steal the others points if you win eliminations) would be good and if you dont get past a certain line you arent qualified to run the final.
could also give points to alliance members or make deals for them.
Sorta like what they are doing on Survivor with the fire tokens now

I would love a hybrid of Battle of the Season (2002) and The Inferno when it comes to the elimination process on the challenge instead of the skull twist for future challenges.
Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Battle of the Seasons
This season of The Challenge features a new format. Separated into teams of Real World and Road Rules, each cast member is paired off with a castmate from their original season. Each mission gave points based on finish. After each task, the players with the most points cumulative from each team became the "Inner Circle" and voted off whichever pair they wanted. The individual winning couple of each challenge would earn an "additional prize." After five pairs from each team were voted off, the final three Real World teams and the last three Road Rules teams would compete against each other in a series of challenges before the final race, which would earn the winning teams $300,000 for themselves, $50,000 per teammate.
Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Inferno
The Inferno aired in 2004. The season was composed of twenty cast members and took place in Acapulco, Mexico. In this challenge, the winning teams would receive a prize at the end of each mission. They would then nominate two players from their team to the Inferno elimination challenge. Unlike The Gauntlet, there would be another challenge with an immunity life-saver up for grabs before the Inferno. Each team then selected one of the two nominees from the opposing team to go into the Inferno.
so another girl out sometime tomorrow or friday? and then possibly a purge friday or they are really going to eliminate 2 guys 2 girls in 2 weeks of filming?
I think it could be an individual final with 4 guys and 4 girls. 1st, 2nd and 3rd for the guys and the girls all get money, 4th place guy & girl get nothing

nowadays they sometimes dont even give money to 2nd place so im not sure
id love to know the format and the speculation would go nuts for the weekend
I was done with the lifesaver when the girls kept throwing missions so Susie would get it on Inferno 3
That was strategy plus she was winning them anyway. Twice she was the only girl to finish and the other time only Cara threw it.
People hate Susie for playing the game. This happened on every season of The Inferno to except maybe season 2.
Obvi I love og seasons more than any other, but I still think its pathetic it took production until Infenro III to figure out its better television if only girls are eligible to win the lifesaver on girls days...
Yeah I know it was strategy it just got boring as hell nobody wants to see every other mission getting thrown
They didn't throw any missions though. They won 3 of the four missions on girls life saver days and they only one they lost was the last one when Paula definitely wasn't throwing it. I like people just focus on Cara pretending to fall down on the animal matching mission but they won that mission relatively easily.

Yupp--they should have realized that immediately or at least for Inferno 2

Teck was my favorite on the Hawaii season. Knew he probably wouldn't make it far, but glad hes on.

So this show ends in a week? JEEZ.
Better not have the stupid ******* purge that takes out half the cast one day before the final
he's weirdly hot so he'll be missed lmaoo.+ What do we expect with Eric/Derrick still there?
Ok I need this next female boot to be Jemmye, KellyAnne, or Jonna(sorry). I want these OGs to actually make it to the end over these 3.
maan I forgot Teck used to host this countdown show on MTV lmao

I totally forgot about that, but I did remember when he hosted say what karaoke!
he may not be a big name but he has stayed getting small parts for the past 20 years.

I know I'm super late but not Trishelle. I'm so sad, I was so happy to see her come back.
Teck
I'm rooting for Ruthie, Yes, Arissa, Laterrian, Kendal, Katie, Beth and Jisela.
