My thing with Ibis is she never got an actual storyline on any of her shows. She got little five minute bits here and there but they never gave her a story arc on any of the 4 shows she did.
I haven't finished yet but I'm loving her insight on the production end of things on challengemania. I wish she worked for production for the challenge.

tbh, I skip around challengemania podcasts because I cant stand derrick or all the commercials so from the top of my head:
She talked alot about production aspect of things mostly. She talked about how it doesnt make sense to bring in people who the fans have no connection to, how reality tv is missing authenticity due to being afraid of being canceled, and while she gave alot of props to justin booth, there was a little shade of how extra he has taken the show (but says how he is a big part of its success.)
she hadnt watched a show since her last season, and bingewatched all stars1 and loved it. At first she didn't understand why Jonna and Jemmye were cast, but says from production stand point, they really delivered and its no wonder they were final casting. she was rooting for Jonna and Jemmye has the soundclips the producers love. Said that All Stars 2 needs to do more flashbacks to the old seasons-fans really love it.
shes been away from this show for 15 years and its like she has a better finger on the pulse for what fans want than the current producers.
oh and she was offered a spot on AS1, said no because she wasnt in great shape, she was very close to being on season 2 but there is something in the contract that she refused to budge on because its very important to her, so until they concede, we wont see her.
she will back on another episode to discuss more-like the ruins and the situation with derrick because it hurt her and when they were doing casting for AS2, they asked her if she trusted him and she said no lol. But she said she loves him now, it seems like they recently reconnected

So much so that they found a way to get her on about 4 episodes of The Real World after she left Road Rules. She dated Malik, then broke up with him and made a video making fun of all of the guys which Coral found and came up with the line "Jisela get off the hoe train because you're the only one on it". She made out with Lori and Blair as well. Then on Battle of the Seasons she was getting it with everyone like Stephen and The Inner Circle. Jisela was a pretty big deal, definitely bigger than Ibis.

Ibis was always boring, even on the Ruins when she was also older and showing more personality or w/e, that really just meant she was the female best friend of Evan Kenny and had a thing for Johnny lmao
She was rootable on her road rules season and botsexes 2 but she was boring. On gauntlet 2 she miraculously made it to the final and won because her bff was the captain and the rules sucked that season
I'm not saying Ibis was a big deal on the Challenge either (except her notorious eating performance on that silly Gauntlet 2 final which I think is why her team won lol). But I'm really not comparing the two.

There are newer girls being cast now who gave more to the Challenge than Jisela back in the day.

She told John to shut the **** up after the vote and it was one of the few times he listened. Really that's all she did but it was a good moment.
She was also the reason they won the eating portion of the final. They were going to win the final even if they lost that phase. Susie and Kina aren't losing a puzzle/game of memory to Katie but she destroyed it.
Honestly Id much rather see her work on production end of things for the challenge, but I wouldn't be mad if she were on All Stars- at the very least to bring someone different back instead of another repeat regular.
I honestly don't remember anything entertaining ibis did other than her eating in some final and Veronica outplaying her on the ruins. But It'll be nice I guess to see her one last time but that's it. Can she even do these shows tho as she works in production or something
