Ibis was raised in Puerto Rico until she was 10, when her entire family moved to Florida. Ibis' Puerto Rican heritage is very important to her. She loves listening to salsa and merengue music and eating her mother's homemade food. Ibis is an outspoken leader. As a very opinionated woman, Ibis' temper sometimes gets her in trouble. Del Mar is Ibis' middle name. Her whole name is Ibis Del Mar Nieves (e-bees dell-mar nie-a-vas)

I won't deny that Ibis is stunningly sexy and that i've had my fair share of fantasies back in the day of her being my girlfriend but i just hope that she makes a huge splash, as far as camera time is concerned since she usually is seen behind Kina in a few shots, couple of confessionals per episode and that's it. But then again, Kina ain't there and back in BOTSexes 2, Ibis did have some fair screentime long after Kina was voted out earlier than her so i guess we will see her a lot. And i just hope that now that she doesn't have Kina to cover her anymore, maybe she'll show off a more strategic side to her, whether it be a cutthroat type or a friendly type.

Watch it Mellow! J.k lol Ibis got in so much shape for this challenge (modelmayhem.com/ibisdelmar says that she's 117 Ibs!) I hope she does good, she is a beautiful and a positive women and I hope she makes it far.

Yeah, the blonde hair looked good but I think she looks more natural with black. My friend met and supposidely she's really cool and down to earth. I can't wait for the Ruins to come out so we can see her again!!!

On Road Rules and Battle of the Sexes 2, she was kinda quiet but she had her air time in a couple of episodes, but on Gauntlet 2 she was one of the main characters on the Rookie team.
