Now that I sit back and think about real world sydney is over 13 years old at this point, yall acting as if they are casting people from real world explosion. Let the hate go we are still getting some OG's they just need some of the cast to be young/more recent to get good ratings.

Clearly someone doesn't know how ratings works. The regulars season does pretty well especially on the target demo (the most important one) on the past 6-7 seasons it always been on the top 1-5 spots on cable for the day it airs.In order for this to work they need to know how promote this to make late 30s-50s year olds appealing to the target demo.

I know you live in challenge land but have you seen what other shows (reality shows even) pull in terms of numbers in millions on other networks? maybe the challenge does well being in the top 5 of the night or whatever and for mtv standards (lmao) but it fails in comparison to other shows and networks
They obviously cant get everyone they want for the first go round. So I dont mind them casting half OG's and half people from more "newer seasons" like sydney and even cancun. Cancun is also over 11 years old so I dont mind them choosing from that too. Sprinkle that with some old schoolers who still get on the regular challenge like wes/ct/darrell and bananas and that is decent. Then next season they can rotate the cast around once first season gets decent ratings.

Again....I know people are frustrated with possibilities of people from Sydney, Cancun, FrM.... but it seems like they are doing their best to stick to true OGs. We heard a good name this week that's not on anyones radar or listed and it proves they truly are trying to give the OG fans what they want.
This cast list is already more than enough for me to watch, I'm not sure why people are complaining or expecting perfection lol Big Easy can choke on the first mission and get eliminated first though <3
If this is mostly OGs I see them targeting people like Kellyanne first which could be interesting cause Kellyanne will probably be one of the strongest players.
The sound of "targeting" on this just sounds.. odd? I don't know what I'm expecting but I can't see legit eliminations and difficult challenges, or real strategizing either. Idk, maybe it's just me. I'm afraid it's going to be super watered down and mostly carnival games or kind of like that Spring Break Challenge.
