People will always find for reasons to complain regardless of who is cast.
I can be happy overall and not love the whole cast. I'll take Arissa over any girl on the current season (minus Natalie). I'm just excited this is happening! But it's a casting thread so I'll give my opinion on the updates.
Arissa I think would provide some drama. She isn't afraid to speak her mind and I remember her and Alton was always getting into fights on the short Reunited show they did.

Any chance they actually contacted Tami for this? I know she never debuted on the Challenge, but I would love to see her.
You guys are not going to be 100% happy with this cast but you have to look at the bigger picture instead of just whining.
- Some of your favs have actually moved on forever or the timing for this is not good with their current lives.
- Some people that are not necessarily big names will end on this to add diversity, to fill up spots for others that declined or simply because after talking to them multiple time through casting production think they have interesting stories to be told unlike 20/10/5 years ago when they did this shows.
- A few spot will go to cast members that are fresh and to an extend "popular" with casuals that have done some of the past few seasons on the past 5 years or w.e. To attract that bigger pool of viewers.
Surprised Arissa isn't a liability given her mental health struggles and ominous post about her well being last year with she implied she may looking to hurt herself. I doubt she could handle social media fans.
I think Kameelah from Boston/Challenge 2000 can be safely added to the not likely list. I checked out her social media and she is kicking *** as an OBGYN and promoting important aspects of Black health and understanding science while also cheering on how *** turns the patriarch on its head. A good follow even if you never watched her season. I was curious if she may be on since she was on Syrus' Real World.
Any chance Matt from Nola or Rachel from B2NY got availability calls? Would be odd picks but I can see them having to cast wide.

I may be in the minority here, but i see no blood lost with Veronica backing out.....
