she's under CBS contract for 2 more years but I would LOVE that
Viacom and CBS merged last year. I think she can do next season if she wanted to. Didn't Swaggy say that you can do The Challenge and Big Brother right after each other? The same thing is probably applicable to Survivor as well.
It'd honestly be a shame if they never even give Nat A a call. She's up for pretty much any competition, she's a bad ***, she doesn't take shit from anybody, and she doesn't care who she ****** off. She's quite possibly one of the best options for a crossover castmember.
Rewatching G3. The reaction of the Veterans when Coral quits is possibly the most ridiculous I've ever seen. They're mad at Coral for quitting say she's not a team player after CT just threw the elimination and she outperformed Evelyn in her last mission (albeit by a second).
The fact the rookies weren't smart enough to realize that they should have been sending in Diem & Paula all along to make sure Coral and Beth didn't go home is dumbfounding and makes me believe never team deserved to win.

The fact the Vets thought Casey was more valuable then Coral made me lose any ounce of respect. Heck, even Beth is more valuable than Casey. I was so happy when Coral quit forcing them to throw in Casey. Such an annoying season.

Yeah, I hated how Coral went out. Coral and Beth duking it out was good but I wish it didn't go down like that. I thought Beth would quit like she did on G2 when she had to go against Aneesa.
Coral, Katie and Beth were targets because they weren't sheep to Evan, Kenny and that entire mob. Remember Casey acting like sacrificing herself was noble for the team when she should have been gone since day 1. Never gets tiring seeing that Vets team fail. One of the most despicable unlikeable teams ever put together, from top to bottom.
In regard to G3, I believed then (and will go to my grave believing) that production set that up from the jump. I think they wanted a "shocker" of an ending and set up the teams accordingly. Face it: on paper, the Coral/CT team was stacked but the other one (minus Frank and Jillian) were nothing to write home about. Right before the 3rd elimination (the 2nd one where a guy went in), TJ made a point to say "Now remember, you can't send in the same person twice in a row". Everyone looked surprised because TJ hadn't made any mention of that before then. And then when they were on the boat just before the final, TJ mentioned too many times that "every member of the team has to cross the finish line"... foreshadowing much, TJ? Or maybe I'm just a conspiracy theorist!

The only thing is that they've never had the 'everyone must cross the finish line' rule on any other team final unless I'm remembering wrong. Grey team on Cutthroat obviously didn't win but they didn't lose out on second place after losing a couple team members. The rule definetly wasn't in place last season since Kam was telling Paulie to stay down and basically quit. Coral also went down on the Gauntlet but her team lost anways.

Which is weird though because Coral was absolutely 100% team Evan. She wasn't ever going to turn on them.
Both teams were pretty dislikable that season. When you find yourself kid of rooting for Frank there's a problem.
I honestly forgot just how bad the "trim the fat", "girls are useless" **** was.

I feel like "the whole team must finish" should have always been the rule but, yeah, it could have been shady but why would production have want Frank, Nehemiah, Jillian, Tori, Rachel M and Johanna to be champs over Evan, Kenny, CT, Brad, Evelyn, Paula and Robin--people that were going to be the face of the franchise in their minds. Frank never returned (still don't get that) and neither did Rachel. Nehemiah was more of an afterthought only showing up the Duel II due to the CT/Adam fight and to give Evan a partner that was aligned with Wes. Jillian didn't come back until FM2. Was it for Tori & Joey? That season is just weird. Although the reunion show is pure gold. Coral and Katie at their best.

Just because they like some people more doesn't mean they want them too win necessarily, they don't actually care about these people and whether or not they make money, it's all about getting the storyline/ending they want. Think of Champs Vs. Stars 2 where production kept having twists to screw over the Champs players because they wanted stars to win for once
It played out better for more storylines in later seasons. Like Easy and his redemption arc. Vets like Brad, CT, and Paula kept coming back afterwards because they were desperate to win and it paid off for them. Plus, Coral and Katie were able to laugh at these losers at the reunion. People only remember that season because of the finale and reunion. It would have been a very forgettable season if the Vets won.
Good points about why they'd want the rooks to win. It was weird though--I watched the episode in a couple days I and still forgot the Diem and Rachel M were there. I was honestly shocked every time they were on the screen. Robin was pretty forgettable as well.
So the first boot will be someone else from a different country ? Same shit different season
I highly doubt this person would be a first boot if "it" make the cast
oooohhhh!!! so interesting. I'm gonna guess New Zealand or India.
are you and/or Gamer gonna make a S36 speculation post soon?
or Ireland
Maybe it's Natalie Anderson. That would be awesome since she was great on both Survivor and The Amazing Race.

The person I am talking about it's not Natalie Anderson
Better be Queen Abi Maria

Maura_Greg.jpg
who are they? Irish folk?
Brazil has been represented on this show....
Irish king and queen of Love Island Season 5
Pink, not sure if you can say anything yet but do you know if any of these rookies have been contacted for 36?
Rookies.jpg
Whoever Carlos Garcia and Mike Boateng are, they're are sexy and should be great eye candy additions to The Challenge.
I wouldnt expect the majority of those ppl
Season 36 thread has been made

Yeah. Gauntlet 3 was a bottom tier season. Only good thing about it was the finale and the reunion.
