This is like saying All Lives Matter though like yeah casting in general has gotten progressively worse but there are only like one or two Black people a season so the disappointment is kinda worse if they’re bad or get out early compared to a majority White cast where there are always a few in the bunch with redeeming qualities you can root for.

I wouldn't say they intentionally cast black cast members to flop. I do think some had decent chances of winning, the reason why we don't see too many people of color do well on the show is usually because there's usually 5 or less a season. As for blacks we usually get 1 or 2 specifically 1 black guy and 1 black girl and if one of them go then that's lots of representation down the drain. The reason you see more people of color do well on shows like Survivor, The Challenge, etc. is because they cast multiple Blacks, Hispanics & Asians or even multiple LGBT people. Big Brother usually just has 2 blacks, 1 Asian, 1 Hispanic, 1 LGBT person, and 1 Mixed person that's passable for caucasian for diversity where certain groups only have 2 or usually less people to represent meanwhile the other 11-12 cast spots are filled with the most attractive yet bland white people in the country. Guarantee if they had more diversity, we'd see more blacks do well on here and to be honest, they cast too many religious black people who are afraid to play a hardcore game. They just need to mix things up and be more diverse, if they had more diversity the cast of BB15 wouldn't have been so comfortable with their racism and all the black men wouldn't be so isolated by the cast so quickly. We have this race convo on this show every year, they don't care to make a change, this why I don't usually watch anymore.

I agree with a lot of of this BUT Monica Jameka and Monet had better chances than you're acknowledging. Marcellus was likely cast as the gay guy but had a shot to win.
BB2 was more of a social experiment then game so she has an asterisk next to her name. Jameka felt that her picking Jen's name was God's way of saving her which was iconic but they knew she was like that in casting. They knew **** would make fun of her religion, they mocked her prayers with ridiculous music, I loved Jameka but she wasn't cast to win. Monet was cuteish but had very little personality and not the fire and fight to win...they knew that 100%. I do think people over accuse of racism or calling someone a racist but Grodner is 100% a raging racist. The crap BB pulls is disgusting. She was rejoicing when David was first out. We need to riot so that CBS rigs it for him to return.

Jason was cast as the innocent church boy and was edited as a protagonist hero. Any good church boy would be edited that way on Big Brother. The over the top black church lady is a stereotype that they cast to mock. They would never show Jason or a white male praying with mockery music. Grodner wants to portray black houseguest as ridiculous. Survivor cast Joanna and they showed her singing and talking about the immunity idol being a false god but it was edited in a respectful way to show who that is just who Joanna is.
