Lmaooo idk how to feel... I watched Every one straight thru and season 8 is so much different than the rest.... Its more hopeful which is cool but it obviously doesn't feel true to origin. Season 8 feels like it's own thing of what would happen in an alternate universe of game of thrones.
Losing Rhaegal and Missandei in the same episode following losing Jorah is just the rushed Mad Queen angle they want to take. They have to reason it and it’s starting to look a bit lazy

She's been losing people left and right since the very start with an overall terrible life and yet her first concern when she gets some power is to liberate slaves and protect the innocent, not go around killing them. She's always been a little cruel with a questionable sense of judgement, but she's also always gone out of her way to make sure she doesnt end up like her father. Suddenly thats all changed -__-
- Jamie : Wonderfull redemption arc, but no let's **** it up.
- Dany : Spent 7 seasons aknowledging what her father was and trying to not be him, but no let's **** it up.
-Jon : Brought back to life, been useless since season 7.
And let's give Arya all the major kills of the show, she's probably gonna kill Cersei/Dany (green eyes).
The logic is being raped this season : the dothraki suicide, the dragons and the fleet not being able to see Euron's fleet. Missandei could've pulled a Harry Potter and killed Cersei with her. And let's not forget that Cersei could've killed Dany and the others on that last scene, there weren't many unsullied and there was enough weapons to kill them all and Dany.
The biggest blunder was moron show runner saying dany mins of forgot about the iron fleet when in a previous scene in the episode Varys mentions them that they brought over the golden company.

Dany didnt even need to kill the innocents. All she needed to do was fly to the red keep and burn that down. Howd a ***** go from wanting to free slaves and protect the innocent, to want to burn anyone and everyone alive? Too bad she didnt burn Jon.
I think this season could have been a lot better if they just threw someone in the writers room who asked "why would they do that?" literally every time someone makes a decision. There's no thought process behind any decision this season, and it doesn't help when the explanations we're getting are the likes of "Daenerys kind of forgot about the iron fleet." I'd have gladly waited another year if that's what it took to get the right script and have them read over every line fifty times to make sure it made sense
If they knew this is how they wanted Dany to end up then we should have seen it being built up some seasons ago. It's not terrible in theory for a bright eyed girl to turn from wanting to be a peaceful queen who fights for the innocent to a tyrant Mad Queen who rules through fear but it's about the journey and that's what's ****** up about it because the journey she was given on this show makes these last 3 episodes make no sense
