There was a clear theme BMP had in mind, MTV didnt approved.
Good or bad?
Probably bad, I feel like BMP is always on to something good that appeals to a mass audience and then MTV says nah, we are going to screw that plan up with this tragic idea.
For 34 I would like to see a team challenge - Cuthroat 2 with 3 teams of 12. As for casting - no champs! Some rookies and some vets that have yet to see a final or only one final. This way we get new winners and more people to choose from for Chanps vs Stars/Pros.
I hate the logic of wanting no champs so that we get new champs. I want to see people beat champs to earn the title of a champ.
Don´t care which format or theme they do for 34, I just hope they don´t do pairs again. 2 seasons in a row is more than enough of that.
Not to mention that it's grown tiresome (at least to me) watching people fake pointless arguments or hook up (or make sure to be filmed coming out of a bathroom with sheepish looks on their faces to make it APPEAR that they hooked up) in order to get themselves a partner lined up for the inevitable next version of Rivals or Exes. I wish the powers that be at BMP/MTV would pay heed to the saying "Everything old is new again" and go back to a big team format like the Challenges used to be. I realize they'll never go for that but a person can dream, right?

Hey...Susie's done 4 challenges and has never been sent home. Hate her all you want but she's a true legend unlike people you all call "Queen" simply because you're entertained by them. Deal with it. That said, Susie's time to return has passed--she'd get destroyed now. There's a difference between wanting legit old schoolers that could still compete (Landon & Coral) and just dreaming of the past (Susie). I mean, Mark will show up if he's ever given the opportunity--something I'm against since he'll just do whatever is necessary to help John reach the end.
It would have been nice to have seen Susie with Evelyn on Rivals instead of them just handing Paula a win though.

I'm baaack. lol life got insane. And will again soon but I'm fully caught up and not thrilled.I know the next season is casting currently....please say they're not sticking with the trend of all of these low lives from random other shows....besides Turbo the rest of these new clowns are a waste of a spot. And even Turbo I'd be fine not seeing again after this season. Happy to see Nany back. But really besides Nany and Jenna this season's casting was horrible. I love the format though. Still waiting for that old school revolution to show these new people what true challenge stars are like.
The only thing wrong with this post is that it gives Jenna and Nany credit. Other than that Psy's opinions are flawless per usual. Low lives is a great term for this group of zeros. I don't get when the change happened where viewers want to see truly awful people on their television every week.

Nah, I'm content on here voiceing my opinions. I've only been gone five months...I know there are a few people on this site with brains that will agree lol Susie was saying on The Brain Candy Podcast casting is underway for 33.....any word on that season yet with initial phone calls?
If you dont like this season then you're not going to like next season cast.
Not to **** on Psy's opinion but I don't get how people at this point want old schoolers. I mean most of them have moved on with life and won't be returning at all. The only ones I think MTV can get is Brad and Darrell, MAYBE Abram, and Aneesa. I don't see anyone else from that era coming back at all either by their own accord or MTV's.Also. I don't see this issue with acting over the top. I mean it's reality TV obviously people are gonna be crazy and dial it up to 100. That's how it's been for the longest time and it ain't changing. And for the record I'm loving alot of the prospects this season. Especially King Bear, Queen Georgia, and King Turbo.

Based on all the interveiws the old schoolers give to either BC, CM, etc a lot seem open to returning. Or even the Averey's who are part of the later seasons of RW who were never used much. Turbo is one new character I like, he's laid back and entertaining . Bear....oy
We want old schoolers too just ones who can adapt and either compete or still give good TV. Darrell, Coral, Landon, Alton etc etc along those lines can comeback just like Brad and Shane came back. We just don’t want and or need a full season of every relic from 1965 and useless nostalgia based Wallpaper. Unless they do Old School vs New School team challenge
