Aneesa's pretty much always been loyal. She picked DIem out of loyalty to Svetlana on The Duel if that's what people are referring to. She did all of Rachel's dirty work on The Duel 2 out of loyalty/love. On G2 she went in to take out Beth because of the (strange) alliance with Katie & Robin. On Exes she got thrown in because people (John) didn't trust Rachel not because of her. Other than calling out Diem on The Duel I have no idea where this "untrustworthy" stuff is coming from and, again, even that move was "loyal".
Day is a perfect example of why they shouldn't exclude mothers. Day adds a great deal to this show with her commentary. Not everyone has to be trying to bang the entire cast. Hopefully we see a lot more of Day although I'm hoping we see more of her as a competitor this season.

Shes unloyal because shes everyone's friend ****. I guarantee if Davonne and CT were both in danger she'd save CT based on longevity regardless of whatever deals she has with Davonne. No one ever really knows her intentions and thats not loyalty...

Pretty sure CT screwed her on XXX so probably not true any more. Her intentions have been clear on multiple seasons but playing the middle isn't bad depending on the cast. Ask Jenn. But Svetlana and Rachel show Aneesa can be loyal if the situation makes sense.

I was just thinking about that today lol I feel like Nia would have no reason to have an issue with Day and Day would automatically be for the friendship plus I highly doubt Nia cares about a romantic relationship with Leroy enough to let that be a factor in how she feels about Day.
