Cut it all the way out.*Sounded like Eminem's mom's voice in the movie*v.s.*Calls somebody "8 Mile" as if it's supposed to be a dig at her being from the ghetto & proceeds to act like what's supposed to be a stereotypical AA girl*Not only did you try it but you trying to fish for something out of nothing but mmmkay.

Nah I'm saying I think the Joss thing was a reach. They both meant the same thing, that they were acting/sounding trashy. People blew it out of proportion because it's Day.

Nah would've been the same if it was Kam, Nia, Simone, Toya, Aneesa, **** Chanda from FM1, so on & so forth. It don't have nothing to do with it being Day.Now we'll need to see the context of Ashley v.s. Theo but having a similar sounding voice as a character in the movie v.s. all that extraness Joss did is not the same thing.

Joss called Day "8 Mile" because she was acting trashy. Theo called Ashley "the mom from 8 Mile" because she was acting trashy. This has everything to do with joking about trashiness and nothing to do with race.Nowhere in there was race ever mentioned, I fail to see how Joss's comment was racist and Theo's wasn't, and I stand by that.

Well for one, 8mile is a real ******* place. It's the ghetto, he called a black woman ghetto like most ignorant people do anytime a black woman speaks above a whisper in public. The mom from 8mile isnt ******* real she's a character.

he did? or are you just implying that for him?Day acts crazy and gets called 8 Mile - racistAshley acts crazy and gets called the mom from 8 Mile (who is ghetto white trash, that's what he's implying since we're all reaching) - not racistK lol

I feel like you didn't actually read my post. 8mile is a real place it's not a random character from a movie in 2003, calling a black woman 8mile is calling her ghetto, you can rationalize it anyway you want but he's not in the Uk anymore, in America if you walked up to a black person and called then 8mile they wouldn't just assume it's slang for trashy.

Do you really think that British people know that when they watch the movie? I don't google whatever random British town a movie is set in to see if it's real or not.

That's your argument? That they are too stupid and ignorant to know 8mile is real? They say in the movie it's in Detroit man, people from the UK aren't idiots, they know basic geography.

And Detroit is supposed to mean what to them? I highly doubt most know where Michigan is, where Detroit is, what it's like, etc. So yes, I'm saying I think most probably don't know everything about our country. They probably don't care about Detroit. It isn't even a top 10 most populated city, it's not a tourist destination, why the **** would they? When Joss said "8 Mile", he meant trash. That's what the movie shows, a lot of American trash. And guess what!? They're in all different shapes, sizes and colors too! White and black! Hence why Ashley and Day could both fit the description of "8 Mile" to a British person who watched the movie and saw, gasp - white, black and every color in between - people acting trashy. You are the ones not viewing it from their perspective not me, cause if you did you would clearly see that Joss wasn't being racist just like Theo wasn't being racist.

So he's ignorant, plain and simple. This isn't the UK and he's not a child, being accidentally racist is still racist. This is like them saying camila was from Brazil so she wouldn't know what blackface is

Yes, he's ignorant to the specific social patterns of our 26th most populated city in our county, how dare he lmaooo what's the 26th most populated city in Britain btw? Blackface is internationally known to most. There would be no excusing that. Maybe you might want to check yourself with your false equivalencies before making an argument, cause you're the one not making sense.

Again he's not a ******* child, he's been to the USA before. Using the excuse I didn't know it was racist doesn't magically make him not racist.

Ok, I'd love to see you quizzed to that extent in Britain and see how you do. Not everyone can learn everything about a culture and its sensitivies, and frankly, most DONT CARE. Joss clearly isn't racist, he was insensitive just like we all are sometimes.

Omg y’all really arguing about 8 Mile lmaoooo

Yes a lot of people did

Nobody said she couldn't win anything people just said she probably couldn't win a final.

How about we all come together and focus our negativity onto Morgan?

In Shaleen we trust ❤️

The one who's gonna get less screen time than Liz all season

Luckily we won't be seeing much of Morgan & her trash partner so she might as well stay promoting EOTB. Lol

That what I was thinking. Never heard anyone say she'd wouldn't win "anything" besides that Day fan.

Day got first? Yes ma'am.

Those of u coming for Shaleen need to stop. Sis was only on ONE episode of her original show AND STILL is going international. You seem HURT and PRESSED by her, and I’m LIVING for it. When she shows out and ends your faves, don’t try to jump ship.

Day came into the game READY

And of course Gus is being Gus. Prayers that one of the bigger dudes gets a chance to run him over since "nobody wants to see him in a physical elimination". Lol

Interenational as a nice wallpaper on the tv screen.

If it wasn't for my interest in Georgia, I would definitely forget Hunter was in the season.

I wouldn't go around using early 2000s rap movies as my reference for a country or everyone in it. And it's not like the UK is different enough that he wouldn't know that black people don't like to be called ghetto. He's ignorant end of story. He shouldn't be cottled just because he has an accent

They ran out of money and needed someone from Canada who'd do it for free. They were probably hoping she'd get purged so good on her for screwing with MTV's plans of making the Nolan twins a thing

And she slayed and stayed, therefore your comment is invalid. She showed up, showed out, and WILL return.

I was trying to compliment her **** but even you know deep down she was a one and done who will soon be forgotten

Shaleen being the most controversial rookie despite having the least screentime compared to the other reality stars, we stan a queen.

If y’all could support Shaleen more maybe she could get her bachelor agent to get Ika on the show :/

Gamer, was Natalie one of the last ones to fiiish of the vets?

Natakie has the endurance but I dont see her doing well in puzzless

Shalwho?

Appeared on: The Bachelor Canada

As a contestant on The Bachelor Canada, Shaleen may not have found love, but she certainly found drama. With her sights set on The Challenge: War of the Worlds, the Toronto native may wind up finding both. An aspiring filmmaker, Shaleen hopes to lock down the prize money in order to finance her career. But don’t be fooled by this pageant girl’s sweet demeanor -- she notoriously uses her charm to swindle her way into getting what she wants when she wants it. If provoked too much, her combative side is sure to come out.
