Majority of his fans in the UK are convinced he's away filming THAT show. I'm surprised that so many people in the UK never heard of the challenge, they refer to it as "an american show".

The Challenge is a quite unknown show in Europe or may I say, outside of North America!

Which is pathetic on MTV/BMP's part and why Survivor/Big Brother are so much more popular despite The Challenge being on longer than the both of them.

Survivor/Big brother from the states are to them what Turbo is for us.You cant compared the popularity of survivor/big brother with the challenge in the states because the challenge is a cable show while the other 2 airs on a channel everyone has.

I sure can. All 3 are in the same realm of "competition reality show" and MTV is also worldwide. MTV was/is also much more culturally relevant to past few generations around the world than CBS ever was. There's no excuses.

A show like Jersey Shore yes lolShows like the real world and the challenge has never really air outside the state/being big outside the states. When it does it flops. For some reason is not a format that works internationally like it does here.

That was part of my whole point......MTV could've been had this show set up as a worldwide thing in other countries with their respective shows years ago like both Survivor/Big Brother have; it makes more sense to begin with due to the MTV name being worldwide (CBS broadcasts are usually under different names/companies overseas). Of course them trying to randomly air a RW/Challenge season filmed here on their MTVs wouldn't work; nobody over there knows these people & have no reason to give a shit lmaooooo. There is no excuse for The Challenge just now wanting to get on the international wave & no excuse for this show not being a thing in other countries besides MTV's stupidity & inept way of going about things.

But the thing is even then wouldn't work imo. This is a show that builds too much on itself for new viewers to watch. For example watching final reckoning it says it's a trilogy, if you haven't seen the other seasons and are just watching because someone you root for on a bigger show is here it gets confusing. Think about it this way, you ever start a show about 7 seasons in not knowing any past details on why people act the way they do?

Apart of me believes Cara and Theo had to have won at least 1 but that’s just because I see all of her allies out back to back and I think it’s intentional so why not stack the odds of getting one of them out

Yeah Cara has had 5 potential allies out in a row. At the same time, we don't know what the alliances are this season. I mean, Cara also still potentially has Paulie, Day, and Jenna as allies in the house. She and Kam get along, even if they haven't worked together in a game before. Obviously she can't be working with everyone she has in the past because otherwise that group would be too big to be going out one after another (unless there are 1-2 teams just running the table in eliminations). Cara tends to follow her men, so she surely chose Paulie this season. I would assume a BB alliance, then. It would actually be hilarious if she and Amanda are in the same alliance.

Oop forgot Nany was here for a sec. rooting for her too I guess

I *** with all of this!

queen Nany making her return a memorable one!

I wonder if she’s Team Cara or Team Amanda bc pre-departure she loved Amanda and wasn’t a fan of Cara

If Kyle did cut ties with Bananas in this game, it was a smart move because he was going to be below Leroy and Zach (and maybe Cara) on that list. If he has legit friends in the UK group, he'd probably be head honcho in that alliance just because of his experience.

Really hate the "choose your opponent" format for teams going in elimination. Obviously it's worked out well so far, probably because the teams I like are winning eliminations, but it generally doesn't lead to very many strong matchups. I'd much rather see the last place team in elimination, it's fair and allows the power team/player/house to send in the appropriate team

So then you use the reality stars you have in whatever country you filming in so it could do better. And I don't mean cast a few on the American Version and show it in said country. Have the cast consist of ALL people from that country. You do that then the whole continutity thing doesn't matter. like for example: Do a UK verson of the challenge and then use people from that countries Ex on the beach, geordie shore etc. That's more doable.

Most of these teams that are out are really good teams on paper, so I don't see how it couldn't be a good matchup.

Honestly most formats don't. And that's really because most the time these people play scared. If people didn't give a **** and played the **** game like they had some hair on their chest and balls in their sack we'd be seeing alot more strong matchups.

Some do play scared, but some also play smart. It isn't necessarily smart to call out a strong team, particularly if you are newer to the Challenge world and trying to make an impression so you get asked back (i.e. getting eliminated early on doesn't help you).

**** cara. I hate her guts. Having said that she always plays ****** horrible when it comes to politics. It means nothing all these allies for her are dropping like flies. It does not matter anymore because the womens side is so weak everyone is scared to go against her so she coasts to the end. And now you add in that she seemingly has a strong partner? O YAY. a 4th straight season with her in the finals. How riveting......

I'd argue they have at times, Nelson sending in Tony over Bananas in XXX for example

Pretty sure they more than made up for it just this season by calling out brad and kyle and then voting for tony and bananas and being prone to being called out by them.

The point is you wrote "never." Having to make up for something means it wasn't "never."

Regardless, it is true the alliances you mention do play a more aggressive game than we've seen from other newer casts. It helps they have a larger group to work with, too.

I think they've all realised how shit Bananas is so taking a shot is worth it when there's like a 80% chance he's going to lose in elimination

Tony had underperformed from what was expected of him at that point. On paper it makes sense to send the guy we know sucks over the guy whose a six time champion even IF he loses elims more than he wins

And on top of that he's starting to lose ground as a competitor as a whole. You saw how he and Tony were gassed in that challenge in this past episode.

Cannot wait for Wes too get hair plugs out. You better believe he will mastermind his demise. Kyle aint worth a shit in eliminations.

If Hairline masterminded Bananas, Ashley, Zach, Leroy, and CT's eliminations -- well dude, once you get Cara, Hunter and Jenna out, your use is no longer needed, you can leave right after.

On second thought, you can leave whenever at this point.
