Causals though Marie and Amanda were bad just wait Raini will have all the cast shaking for years.
Battle of the Sexes 1, Inferno 1 and 2, Gauntlet 2, And Battle of the Seasons 2 were all **** good intros and some of the best honestly IMO.But with that said I wish they would go back to doing those type of intros. Made the show more fun honestly.
I hope they still do a 4th spin off. I just wish they would utilize other cast members. Or give us the big Old school vs New School if they won't do a full season of it. (although Shane's takeover gives me more hope of one in the near future)

I dont think its her decision unfortunately and I dont see CBS letting her go willingly.
Her contract ran out after the season 36 finale right? It's possible that CBS told her to stay off other networks if she wants on a potential season 40 All Star season but I'm pretty sure she's free to do whatever
