I enjoyed Baldwin Hills though because like College Hill it came at a time where MTV was barely casting black people aside from the one or two on a Real World season. I liked Laguna Beach and The Hills myself but I know they could've found atleast one black person to be on the show espcially with The Hills being in LA.

Teen Mom has a cult following. It's not pulling numbers like they used to but there's definitely loyalists like myself who still tune in (IMO it's way better now).

BET didn't know what to do with College Hill either. That show was supposed to have been a mainstay on the network; they dropped the ball like they always do smmfh. MTV & BET are basically one in the same.
They are both under Viacom....but I believe College Hill was cancelled due to Terri(SouthBeach) speaking out about unethical treatment, essentially held hostage in the car so they could film her crying and get more scenes, and I think she said something about paying the driver out of pocket to take her Home instead of the location production wanted her at....
But even if it hadn't been cancelled, BET would've treated it awful and ruined it like they did with The Game ...Low Budget *************.
