This cast is giving me golden era drag race (seasons 4, 5, and 6) vibes and since each episode is 90 minutes, I hope this gives us more time in the work room to get to know the queens better. The major thing season 9 lacked was the good editing older seasons had. My faves so far are Yuhua, Cracker, Vanessa(!!!), and Monet ( she sounds so much like Bob ****).
Did you all watched the premiere? I loved it! You would think that being the 10th season they would get lazy and just film the season but no it feels refreshing and new. I love the new work room.
Thoughts on the episode; for the first time I loved all the queens there was not a single queen I dislike. I was bummed when the bottom 2 had to lipsynch for thier lives I was hoping for a season 9 episode 1 where no queen was going to be eliminated. I was with Yuhua I could not tell apart the African American Girls Monique, Mayhem, Asia, and Monet they all kind of look alike not gonna lie LOL.
I loved Christina Aguilera on the episode she's such a queen! I died at everyone's faces when Ru told them another queen was entering the competition and died when he called Christina Farrah.
I'm so upset Vanessa was the first queen to go. She was one of my pre-season faves and would've given so many iconic quotes. GET THESE COOKIES. <3 I also love that she looks so sweet and innocent until she opens her mouth and sounds like a chainsmoking uncle ****.

Love Miz Cracker even more. Aquaria is awesome. Kameron is stunning out of drag, not bad in drag. Mayhem was worth the wait!
Ughhhhh Vanessa was one of my pre season faves. Every season, one of my faves gets first/second boot. I hate it. This is why I need a first/second boot season because none of these girls got to really show themselves and a lot of them have improved so much since their season and I think we should be able to see that.
I still can’t stand aquaria ugh. Not feeling Mayhem either. I’m getting Kennedy vibes, but with smaller lips.
I actually wouldn't mind Monique winning after actually seeing her in the premiere, and she's not even in my top 7 from pre-season ****.
Theres a few I don't want winning tho at all. Monet bc shes way too similar to Bob, Mayhem or Aquaria bc the hype for them is WAY too real and I'd hate for Ru to crown them to keep fans happy (not to mention I just literally can't stand Aquaria) and Dusty Ray Bottoms bc.. idk I just don't want her to win lol.
**** I LOVE Monique after the premiere. She's such a kii ****. I orignially thought she'd be filler, but ***** is BRINGING the entertainment and she was robbed! Her card look was goreous and deserved to be in the top!
I really enjoyed Miz Cracker and Monqiue in the opening.
I am excited about Monet but like what the **** was that sponge look?! I'm still kind of neutral on Aquaria.
Also Mayhem's look wasn't really shit either? Kind of feeling like she's gonna go far even if she doesn't do great because of her connections to Delta and Raven. They're still doing Ru's hair and makeup, right?
Dusty did surprisingly good. I like her way better without all the dots. Kameron was beautiful. Eureka.... yikes. Monet is quite literally Bob 2.0. Yuhua was fun too in her role.
Eureka would have gotten beaten by a stoned twink from Brooklyn on that one, lucky she went up against Kalorie.

We don’t know how these other queens will lipsync. We have their outside drag race performances but that never really tells us how’d they do on the show

My top 3 are all on separate teams. Vixen and Kameron didn’t do so hot on their teams, but they loved Asia at least.
