when this came up during filming in the spoiler thread, it was said the notes said something personal about jem and veronica that only someone close would know so we automatically assumed it was someone whos been on the show. Idk if theres any more notes out there but the two we saw were very impersonal and about britni so I could see it being her (also I hope this is not considered a spoiler but if so, let me know and I will delete it!)
