To my understanding the letters started with "Just so You Know..." thats why Shane coommented that under Britni pic of the letter Cara left her, conscidence maybe who knows we will find out once it airs there is footage of the person leaving the letter as far as I know. So production can show it, but knowing them they can saved this footage until the reunion.
