If using the election is to use abnormal examples of people from both sides it doesn't make sense. Left goes insane and the right is in a cult?

We know RM's political views as he's outpspoken about them.  What we saw in the first few minutes supports his viewpoints.  And I'm not talking about Sarah's character.  I'm talking about Alison Pill and the couple that was over.  You let me know when a rational Trump supporter shows up and I'll catch up.

And of course Chaz Bono is playing a Trump supporter--let's see the negative spin on that one.

Evan Peters character should have been a preppy college kid in love with trump. I swear I saw a ton of white guys with MAGA hats and shirts before the election, especially on campus. Spin that character into a cult to make the radical views seem real. Like his character ******* a TV and ******* in a condom... how is that real lol. Or like Hanna said get old white guys up in there.

Allison Pill's character seems very accurate to real life. Comforting their kid, hugely upset at results, adjusts to life + lives in a little fear of future.

I did like Allison Pill's character from the little bit I saw.   Even if I think "living in fear" over this election is insane in itself but to each their own.  Evan Peters being the a preppy college kid would have been an infinitely better idea.   The Evan Peters character ****** in a condom in the first episdoe?  why?

I have no clue. He ****** in a condom, laughed, and threw it at people then got beat up.

If you guys arent familiar with Allison Pill's work I think you all will love her this season! Last night her acting was on point I feel like I'll love her character.

If anyone saw The Newsroom on HBO you already saw it. Also she was in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen back in the day with Lindsay Lohan ********

Newsroom was my shittttttt. Highly recommend it

I know Allison Pill from The Family, Newsroom & Snowpiercer.  Definitely a good actor.  No question about it.

I still miss my baby Taissa ever day.

Oh so that's why he was singing La Cucaracha lol

Did you all noticed that during the opening credits only 5 names ( Sarah, Peter,  Allison, Billie, and Cheyenne)are listed during the opening credits like seriously I remember when they used to have like 10 people listed during the opening credits.

i like smaller casts, it makes it a more focused story. season one was only 6.

This show is still on?

Main characters vs supporting characters

but its not political...****

This show is terrible now and looking at the premiere ratings it's clear a large fan base has left. I want to say Hotel was the beginning of the end but in reality Freak Show was awful.

its context for his character you conservative snowflake

Ok so why is hotel on everyone's list of worst season. I wanna start binge watching all seasons this weekend but am curious.

This series died with Freak Show. Roanoke was a decent return to form, but the show as a whole has lost its charm.

Context?  LOL....context....lol
Should I repeat that again or did it sink in
A-G-E-N-D-A....AGENDA.   RM is pushing his political beliefs on people through his shows and you'll get to watch the ratings continue to crash

Yeah, now you're bashing Mallory Snyder--a legit model.  If you think she looks like Caitlyn Jenner you're as blind as you are ignorant and uneducated

Ok so why is hotel on everyone's list of worst season. I wanna start binge watching all seasons this weekend but am curious.

Hotel was very out there. It was the first season without Jessica Lange. The story and characters didn't work well together, also it was very colorful. From the clothes to the rooms, everything was in your face. They almost made it a point to have things more flashy, than have well written, well acted scenes.

That being said, I still really like AHS. I am a fan of Freak Show. That season was dark and twisted and it had great characters and flashbacks. I also liked that retro 50's feel. Just my opinion. I know a lot of people disagree. Roanoke was great too. Kathy Bates was awesome in that season. Again they brought back the creep factor and intertwined horror and reality tv.

On to Cult. I've come to expect a big opening episode from AHS, but Cult was a little bland. Not in a bad way, but not much happened. Like Roanoke, you can tell it's focusing on a small cast of the title characters. I just hope Paulson's character has more dimensions, than just an anxiety & phobia stricken suburban wife. She is a very dynamic actor, as we have seen in past seasons.

alright three episodes in and i am absolutely LOVING this season.

Stopped watching already lol. This show is better for binge watching tbh

What's the storyline? This season is shit
