He might have been cut on BOTS2 for Big Easy because they wanted a hybrid team and not just a Fresh Meat 2 team (which would have been automatically better since Noor/Brandon/Laurel/CM would've been the team.
Didn't he had some major issues with his asthma though...I can't remember it exactly. Maybe production think of him as a liability if he reaches a two day final...

I don't think Noor ever declined. After FM2 he really wanted to do another one. Brandon said during FA that Noor really wanted to do more challenges but never got asked because production didn't like him.
Wasn't his soccer club(?)/school getting in his way on Cutthroat? I remember that Brandon revealed something about that on his podcast, but I can't remember it exactly. I just can't imagine BMP/MTV not calling the best two FM2ler at all. It just doesn't make sense that they didn't incorporate them at all in their thoughts...

The girls aside from Laruel and Sandy weren't much better.
But honestly I still don't understand the point of that season. The only Fresh Meat that were worth a **** Was Laruel/Pete/Sandy and they all could've easily been put on a RW season.

IMO, Brandon and Noor should have returned from FM2. I didn't mind Laurel or Cara Maria returning, but Sydney and Carley should have returned as well.

If he came back, I don't think he would be as good as he was. I read/heard that he became a Vinny 2.0 and put on some pounds since FM2. He may still be sexy though. IDK that's on you and your preferences.
