I think this brings up real issue what these reality tv people have. Sarah talked about it on podcast with Jenna too. 

These people need therapy. How many real word people have had overdose of some drug? I think it really messes up peoples mind and MTV should provide them atleast a number to contact someone after shows. Sarah is right, this topic is really overlooked, so many reality tv stars and not enough attention to their mental health

You don't ever want to hear anyone talk the way Camila is regardless of your opinion of them. Camila seems to have reached the dangerous Tonya/Robin level. AshleyM isn't far behind but hopefully the break did her well.

i think issue is more that they let people to go that far. It should be prevented, not after fixing it. Not everyone is Bananas who can handle it great way, its huge issue people overlook. Every year we gonna have news about people overdosing themselves bc help was not there when they needed it

I'm sorry but Cara is one to talk. her almost decade long abusive relationship & toxic friendships in addition to her building her entire life around this show make me question her ability to give sane and logical advice to others
