This is pretty much me. BB17 looked a little redeeming but then we got 18 and OTT and I'm just disappointed now.
Blood vs. Water 1 is still one of my favorites! I don't think I finished M vs. Gen X because I have no clue who won... so maybe I should start that one now. Worlds Apart had some boring moments in it and the cast sucked. BvW2 is forgettable but the final 6 and the winner SLAYED that season with an epic finish! Cagayan was everything too! Kaoh Rong or whatever had some good people. Who was that black lady with the braids? She killed it! Second Chances I actually really liked more than Game-Changers but lowkey this season is getting better each week. I didn't expect this final 9 at all and I kinda love that!

I believe what stifles The Challenge is the cast of the shows they pull the people from RW/AYTO/any future show. Those casts have to be on point. Also the accomodations of house and board. When you have hungry and mentally deprived people with booze, they're going to overreact. Not like in Survivor where they'll be sober and able to process the fatigue in a sane way. But the biggest difference is that both shows are for two demographics. The target audience on MTV is for a more narrow and younger crowd while Suvivor being on CBS is for a widerand in average older audience.
Since we don't get an abundances of models that want their fifteen minutes of fame, but instead get real people that want the money for X Y and Z reasons, we get more a of truthful experience.
Anyone know where I can watch older seasons? I started watching from Kaoh Rong, but watched several seasons in bits and pieces before.
trish definitely deserves lot more credit for tonys game. i feel like a lot of what you are saying challenge 17 could be blamed on how they edit and show things. like remember last season sunday made someone play an idol and it flushed out the idol? i forget the entire situation tbh
Sunday did that boss juke to Adam, saying they're voting for Ken when infact they were voting for Hannah. Leading David to play an idol in vain for Ken, causing a tie, forcing that tie, and having Mamacita Jess eliminated by a rock draw. Mama Sunday ****** shit up that TC.

Heroes vs Villains was ICONIC. A couple of duds but that cast delivered. Imagine if Heidi wasn't pregnant and accepted her call...asdfgjkl;
