I had never watched Shameless since it started back in 2011 and I just finished all 7 seasons this spring and let me tell you I loved the series I cannot wait for it to come back. Is it me or Jev gets getting hotter every season he is on, and can they give Fionna a good looking guy for once geez.
Gus. <3tbh I really wished they worked out. But we got he iconic song out of their breakup.
He was so hot plus that singing voice, at first I had no idea that he was going to be her love interest and then she kissed him to make the other guy jealous and bam they were together. Did you remeber the man she worked for he was in Bring it on Again.
OMFG yes! That was my favorite relationship of hers, he was actually a good person but in typical Fiona fashion she screwed shit up.
"Dear White People"--the name alone is going to cause people not to watch
I love "Shameless". Somehow Lip & Fiona become characters that you actually care about and feel bad for even when they do stupid ******* shit to ruin their own lives and throw away opportunities they were given
I don't understand why people think "13 Reasons Why" was so graphic. My wife wanted to watch so I watched with her. I did feel like they dragged it out a bit but I want everything to be realistic. I thought they did an excellent job with the suicide and the "violent" scenes (don't want to spoil anything). Not sure why people are afraid for things to be realistic.

If anything I'm interested in the show just by the name, but know nothing what it's about.
Also, I think 13 reasons why was so graphic for me personally because I havent experienced suicide and rape with myself or anyone I know. And personally I do not even want to watch that even though I know it's a reality.

Regarding "13 Reasons" I can understand that but I thought it was done well and not overly graphic. I've never dealt with rape but I think the portrayed it in a way that shows people handle it differently and you never really know what someone is capable of doing. Just my opinion.
"Dear White People" just sounds like someone talking down to white people. My wife, who is black, fully agreed. Maybe I'm missing out on not watching it but I can't convince myself to give it a shot. There's a few shows like that. For example, I think "Happy Endings" & "Don't Trust the ***** in Apt 23" failed on network TV simply because of their names...they weregenuinely funny though
I loved Lip until the masters season when he was literally ******* up his own life. I couldn't take it anymore.
Yeah he was one of my favorites. It's kind of annoying how every season they just find a new way to **** up their lives it's redundant at this point lol.
My favorite is Carl though! And Debbie is a little ***** lol
Also I hate the way they write off Mickey. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Getting rid of Mickey got rid of Sammi so that was a win for me. I grew to like Mickey but Sammi is by least favorite person on the show
did you see the most recent season. I'm not talking about something else but I don't wanna spoil it for you. I think Netflix doesn't have s7 on it yet.

the last 4 episodes >>>>>>>
That suicide scene was intense, very liked that serie. For Shameless, I always thought that Steve was very good loocking.
That suicide scene had me ******. But the scene with bryce at the penultimate episode was just worse when it just focused on her face. I came into this series very adament since it got alot of hype, kinda like OA. But this was a very good season. Would love to see a coart aligation season afterwards. The repucussions of all of this comming into light. Now that we know why everyone is at fault.
I forgot to say my feelings after I finsihed it the other day.
The suicide scene had me so ****** up I swear I was balling my eyes out. I thought she was going to hang herself or something but no she legit made herself bleed to death and they showed her getting the razor and cutting her arms deep like it was so awful to watch knowing other real people do this. The rape scene made me cry too because Hannah had gone through so much bullying and shit only for that to happen it was so sad. I will say though that I was satisfied with the ending of the season though although since it left off on a positive but defintetly made me wanting more.

Her death scene was probably one of those scenes I'll remember forever. My heart broke so profoundly for her mother. I'm about to cry just remembering it.

apart from the ending I thought The OA was really good. It had a strange resemblance to strangers things but I still liked it for the most part. The ending was horrific though.
Am I the only one who was bored as **** watching 13 Reasons? Corny and anticlimatic.
right like the first ep was so boring xjdjdj I dont get the hype
It's a flawed series, but the concept is nice. It emphasizes and makes it palapatable to think that everyone can have a hand in pushing some into suicide. Was it a bit over dramatic? sure. Was the acting decent? sure. But I thinking it was entertaining for a one time watch.
The last 4 episodes are the climax. I've never seen a netflix show have a "Viewer discretion is advised" before it especially since netflix is like HBO, Showtime, and Starz with no age ratings.
The show is not good for anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, or any type of mental illness. You definitely have to be socially aware of your life and know it's fictional or people will get the wrong idea. It's a sad show which shows the reality of suicide.
OMFG yes! That was my favorite relationship of hers, he was actually a good person but in typical Fiona fashion she screwed shit up.
You a fan of Pentagon Jr.?
Just finished Dear White People and it was EVERYTHING!!!
Must see and for all races. #StayWoke
What is it about? I can somewhat guess by the name but I've only heard that white people said it was controversial and yadeyadeyada

Lip's likeable to me for some reason but i don't really get why. I mean, you're right...he did go out of his way to ruin his own life.

Oh--that's my bad then...yeah, I'm a season behind I believe
Dear White People is sooooooooooood. better than the movie

Just binged like 5 episodes of Dear White people, and that Reggie episode got me feeling some type of way.
Her death scene was probably one of those scenes I'll remember forever. My heart broke so profoundly for her mother. I'm about to cry just remembering it.
Yes they need to make a season 2 !
apart from the ending I thought The OA was really good. It had a strange resemblance to strangers things but I still liked it for the most part. The ending was horrific though.
Dear white people does not talk down to white People lol
Like Sam said in episode one, it's a misnomer. Reggie's introduction episode was heartful. I was sad.

The 3 first episodes were boring yes, but when you got more pieces of the puzzle it gets interesting, and the acting was very good.
I agree that it was over dramatic ( at least on the serie, the book is another storie <3 )

I wouldn't say that. The show puts suicide into perspective.
