I think what some of the cast saw in Jamaica and what was shown on TV is what brought people like Lori and Melissa to that opinion. They saw the deliberations play out and realized maybe Ellens 2 cents helped with the rachel vote, veronica vote, etc.
The second half of the "Welcome to the Real World (Part 1)" Brain Candy podcast has an interview with Judd from the original RW San Fran. It's not their patreon so it's free and I would skip the first half and go straight into hearing him speak. He talked about a lot of things actually. The evolution of the Real World, obviously Pedro, Pam, their kids, and his career. Corey was a bridesmaid at their wedding! I love hearing from the older people who had a genuine experience on their shows
