I think Cooke/Ashley would wreck them in a final since they both have good endurance.
It would be close. Nicole ran track, and Emily is a crazy cross fit lady now, definitely better endurance than Emily on Cutthroat. But Cooke would kill finals, Ashley (imo) is still unproven, but never struggled with endurance. Though all she had to do on Seasons was keep up with Sam's pace. Not exactly hard.

The Challenge: Rivals 4Unlike the previous Rivals pairs will be split into 2 teams. One player from each pair will come up and pull a rock out of a bag, if it's red your on Red Team if it's blue your on Blue Team. Whichever you pick your rival will be on the opposite team. But just because your not paired anymore doesn't mean your not still connected. Each week there will be a mission and every player on the winning team will get $10,000 added to their personal bank accounts. Then the winning team will vote in 1 player from the other team (Guy or Girl depending of the gender of the elim). The person votes into the elimination won't be facing someone from their own team. They'll be facing their Rival. If you beat your rival the elimination you get all the money in their personal bank accounts and earn a key. A key is what you need to earn your spot in the second half of the challenge. After everyone has earned a key and all rivalries are split in half the game becomes individual, with people winning the eliminations still taking the players bank account money. The Challenge: Rivals 4Unlike the previous Rivals pairs will be split into 2 teams. One player from each pair will come up and pull a rock out of a bag, if it's red your on Red Team if it's blue your on Blue Team. Whichever you pick your rival will be on the opposite team. But just because your not paired anymore doesn't mean your not still connected. Each week there will be a mission and every player on the winning team will get $10,000 added to their personal bank accounts. Then the winning team will vote in 1 player from the other team (Guy or Girl depending of the gender of the elim). The person votes into the elimination won't be facing someone from their own team. They'll be facing their Rival. If you beat your rival the elimination you get all the money in their personal bank accounts and earn a key. A key is what you need to earn your spot in the second half of the challenge. After everyone has earned a key and all rivalries are split in half the game becomes individual, with people winning the eliminations still taking the players bank account money.
