ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY Official Teaser Trailer

Whats everyone's thoughts?

For me, it looks ok. I thought the line "I rebel" was kinda cheesy. Lol I loved the scene where they were running towards the AT-ATs. Hopefully the official trailer will make me like it more.

Most people don't even hate the Strangers movie besides DF.

No fool lmao. It's a streaming service where the host picks a movie and you all can chat while it's playing.

Although last time it was kind of tragic. Lol

Haha yeah right could you imagine watching a movie with DF in person & when the movie doesn't live up to his standards he would flip the **** out. Then tell everyone who likes it why there wrong & need to cut that movie out of their life without ever seeing it again. No shade DF just playing lol.

Lmaoooo

I watched a film yesterday called "The Invitation" and I purposely didn't look up any trailers for it because I heard good stuff about it from a worthy source so that was enough for me to take a look at it, and I was gobsmacked with how great it was. It is an extremely slow film that takes it time to build tension and develop it characters, it has a great script and great performances and an amazing payoff at the end that will leave chills down your spine.

This isn't a film for (Bischoff) everyone, in fact most of it is just the characters having conversations with eachother, so if you were looking for an in your face, jumpy, special effects filled type of movie you can stop reading by now. What this film is, a thriller that will keep you at the edge of your seat the entire time you're watching, so if anyone out here is interested in well made slow burners this is the movie for you !

Will definitely check it out!

That's because they fell asleep 20 mins into the film, the nap was too good so they didn't complain.

I would suggest for you to take multiple pills from the equate stay awake bottle,  it would also be best for you to turn your brain off because the film might burn every last brain cell of yours, and trust me the only time you would be scared is when you realise that so many other people thought the film was terrifying.

I agree, the "I rebel" line was very cheesy but it was still a very exciting teaser regardless.

I like how it's showing that this is gonna be a darker film than the previous ones and I also enjoyed how the teaser emphasises on the war aspect of the star wars franchise, I have  ultimate faith that the film as a whole will be a major success.

One more thing, I LOVED the sound of the alarm.

Ugh why. I want Suicide Squad to be darkkkk.

Same. Nobody wants a funny superhero movie... ZzZzZz

serious or joking? cause Deadpool was aweosme af

it really was.

I was watching My Bloody Valentine the other day & was thinking we need a really good slasher movie to come out soon. I love who done it type horror movies like this & Scream where the killer or killers aren't revealed until the very end of the movie.

Yea I agree baby boy. MBV 2k9 was originally conceived as a sequel but I'm glad it turned out like how it turned out which was simply epic. The beginning still gets me.

Sort of like Nancy Thompson?

currently watching this based on your recommendation lol never seen a trailer or anything either. So far it is weird as **** lol... it's like a mix between The Overnight & The Big Chill. Some parts I like (concept, mysteriousness, characters), other parts are just meh (unrealistic conversations/reactions, everything about eden's character lol). So far it's pretty good though

LOL, I knew it! Appreciate the reference

This movie isn't for (bischoff) everyone.

LMAO Bye DF

okay, i'm sorry but I really enjoyed The Boy. I just finished watching it and it sure as hell gave me the creeps... felt like a cl***ic scary movie from the late 90s or early 2000s haha... cheesy as hell but still had some really good scares and a crazy *** ending. It's a bit of a slow burner, but that ending more than made up for it... A lot of ppl hate on the twist, but I personally found it ****** and creepy as hell. The music was really good for it too!! I felt like I was transported back to when I was a kid watching scary movies in the dark... and dolls are creepy af to anyone, so the concept was pretty unique and fun!

Screw the haters.. I loved it.

Twist did not make any sense tho....

Doll was probably creepiest thing about it, other than that. No. And it comes from someone who cries at teen wolf sometimes

everyone has their own opinions

spoilers below:

The twist does make sense though. The parents were clearly both hostages and caregivers to Brahms who they kept hidden in the walls after he killed that Emily girl as a kid so that he wouldn't be taken away. Brahms in return asks for nannies that will look after him for "his keeping" to play with and whatnot. While he is not allowed to interact with them in person, he connects with Greta (and the other nannies before her) through the doll. If they follow the rules that he has grown up on since he was a child, then he will remain in the shadows and not disturb them.. but he is clearly "odd" and he wants more from Greta than just for her to be his caregiver. Sure it's cheesy as hell, but I still found it enjoyable and it felt like something right out of the horror movies i grew up on as a kid

I personally loved the twist and those last 10 minutes had my heart racing. the atmosphere, the doll, the mansion, the music... It was a pretty good thriller. I don't understand the hate

The twist doesn't make sense, that's not an opinion that's a fact. You can't make sense out of something that doesnt make any sense.

SPOILERS:

I get that but if you think back on all the things what happened. Size, voices, sounds... they do not make sense imo. Dude was too big, like it was made like that to make him look more "scary" but it did not make sense with stuff what happened before. Guy with size like that can not do things what that doll did. How he speak too??

SPOILERS END

Do not get me wrong, i thought twist was something i did not think was coming. It was build up to be like some ghost story but atleast try to make it logical imo
