I am pretry sure they are reporting challenge fan pages to IG saying that they are pretending to be them. A lot of the ones I follow have been gone since yesterday.
Getting those accounts deleted and getting those accounts followers. Bad girls club have been doing that for the past months , I see the challenge account being as petty.

accutane is a very serious drug though. it was originally used for cancer treatment and chemotherapy so not everybody can or is willing to go through such an intense treatment. its not a cure either because there are some people who need several sessions
and yes you are right that being in a stressful situation would make it worse. i notice cast members look so much shittier, skin wise, when they're on the show then off
i feel so bad for people with acne. even tho my skin can be drier than a lizard's and sometimes im forced to carry around a tub of vaseline , i still would prefer that over having with open sores of oozing puss and festering bodily fluids on my face. its one thing to be flat out ugly, which is acceptable, but acne flat out makes you look dirty and diseased. im glad mitch got his squared away
its worse for guys too because at least with girls they can coat their faces with all that crap that they buy in make up stores while a guy with acne has to walk arond with his skin lookin like its rotting off
