I know this may be a stupid idea, but since they don't seem to be going past "3" for anything (Gauntlet, Inferno, maybe Rivals)...I'm wondering if they could do something like in Ultimate Fighter when they have Captain's that pick the team. Not necessarily like Cutthroat, but captains for the whole season like Bananas vs. Wes. I feel like Bananas vs. Wes could be its entire show theme as opposed to something like Rivals IV. Instead of Challengers vs. Champions, Real World vs. Road Rules, Guys vs. Girls, it'd be Wes vs. Bananas.
I also think that the Challengers vs. Champions (ie The Ruins) theme would only work if there is a strong enough group of challengers, and since in my opinion, challenges are tougher to win (being in pairs of 2 means that there are only two winners as opposed to all of the good guys or bad ***** that made it to the finals of the Inferno), there may be a good enough team to field a Challengers squad.

Ace, Adam (Paris), Aneesa, Averey, Beth, Brandon (Fresh Meat II), Brittini, Chanda, Chet, Cohutta, Danny (Austin), Diem would have fit, Dustin, Emily (the evil ***** from the original Battle of the Sexes), Big Easy, Cooke, Isaac, Jasmine, Jay, Jenn (Denver), Jenna, Johnny Reilly, Jonna, KellyAnne, Kimberly, Latterian, Leroy, Linette, Marlon, Nany, Noor, Robin, Ruthie, Shane, Theresa, Tina, Trishelle, and Ty.
I think you can assemble a halfway decent team out of this group. Not to mention that by the end of Rivals III, there may be a few more notable names added to this list.

Ugh. I would hate that. I'm just so sick of Backpack vs Wes. However, I do think that that would go over well as far as fans and ratings since as Graphik said they keep depending on Backpack/Wes So why not center a season around them? They focus too much on them anyways.
Did we ever get confirmation as to why Tony/Camila DQd? I forget if it had to do with Camila's grandmother passing away or if Tony is the reason for the DQ?
