in Sarah podcast she said after she got married she decided not to care about her looks and fitness and it didn't even last through her honeymoon before she felt horrible and gross so had to start eating and working out like she normally does so I am going with she is still in shape.
It depends really... Once u trap a man/woman and they buy u a ring or "commit" with a piece of paper then u can pretty much let yourself go without worrying about their dumping since it would be a huge legal hassle for them to go through which is why so many people blow up like beluga whales post marriage
but I see what u mean tho. Sarah has always been the type of competitor that was actually a lot more fit and athletic than her body would lead u to believe so it's hard to tell with her unlike it is in say....Cara Mari where she looks really in shape but isn't nearly as athletic as her body may indicate
im of the opinion that going against Sarah is practically as hopeless as going against ev or Laurel. Sarah more than makes up for what she ever so slightly lacks in endurance compared to those two with her superior swimming and puzzle abilities...both of which are often key milestones in finals
