Perhaps the Jungle has been combined with an Exile twist. Instead of two teams from the house being sent into elimination, only one team is sent in to face the losers of the previous Jungle. Obviously this twist wouldn't take place until the second elimination because there wouldn't be a previously eliminated team.
This would be AWESOME. Any team could come back at any time.
If my mom, dad, sister, aunt, boyfriend, best friend or grandmother ended up in the ICU while I was on a challenge I would leave in a heartbeat. No questions ask.
