The Challenge: Battle of the Bloodlines (Trailer)

The format to me has always sound like a mess and confusing to me. I was told at some point they were pairs , another points it was 2 teams, eliminations was individual if your family member lost you go home and the final was in pairs. Hopefully mtv.com explain it more clear

I'm gonna assume it will start as pairs (losing pair goes in, winning pair select another team to go face them - they did show one pair in an elim in that trailer)... then midway they will switch it up and seperate bloodline pairs into two teams (challenge vs relatives). Losing team sends two ppl in to compete, loser goes home /w their loved one. Then the final will go back to three teams (or four depending)

I'd like to see the return of the FA kill card though... that always made things more unpredictable and fun lol

If you look at their clothing in the elimination one of them is wearing notmal clothes , while the other one is challenge jersey/shorts. Meaning only one is competing.

true... maybe losing team will decide which member of their own pair will face off against who the winner selects to go in?

Do you know the format at all? I don't get how it can be pairs at the start when there are same gender & opposite gender pairs

The Amazing Race doesn't have a problem with that. Maybe the challenges are less physical and more strategic, thus being gender-neutral. I would love that.

Wish they would have showed more eliminations/challenges but they do spoil a lot so i can see why they left that out.

“This season is going to be unlike anything we’ve done before – we’ve paired you up with your family,” host T.J. Lavin reveals in the first trailer. In it we see some of our favorites — Johnny Bananas, Cara Maria AND Abe, Cohutta AND Nany, Aneesa, Camila and many many more. So pretty much, exes are everywhere.

“Family digs deeper than any friendship,” we hear in the trailer — but we know that won’t stay that way for long. This challenge, which is set in Bodrum, Turkey, will start with your family member being your biggest ally — but a twist will change things, of course, according to Us Weekly.

When we see CT walk in with Megan, his voiceover says one thing: “I’m here to cause havoc.” Now that‘s the CT we know and love. Nany is naturally concerned that her cousin will “ruin” her game. ANd Bananas is yelling at someone for playing games… during the game. Yup, the gang’s all there!

They are not pair of the cast, they did an special apperance. But yes its not faith
