I'm glad that Brad and Tori won together. Kind of a fairy tale ending.
What fairy tales have the spoiled evil queen and her coward husband winning in the end?
I didn't see it that way haha. I thought of it more like Brad finally winning after 9 tries (and coming so close so many times), with his wife by his side. And so what if they were mean to Camila? No one is perfect. I certainly wouldn't have wanted Gray or Blue Team to win over Red.
And she also deserved it anyways.
And Gray should have won honestly. Would have been more fitting IMO.
I thought Cutthroat was a good season. The missions were bad *** and I loved the eliminations. I just hated the outcome. I would've been happy if the Blue or Grey team won. I wish they would go back to the Cutthroat format because BMP would be able to cast ANYONE they wanted. The Rivals/Exes themes limit the casting and some people aren't able to go on because of their partner. A perfect example of this is Exes II when Marie accepted the call but couldn't participate since Robb declined. We could've seen Marie but instead we get others like Brittany and Simone.
Ugh, that puts it even more in perspective. We lose Marie, but we gain those two useless hags.

I love the idea of random teams anyway.
Me too. It really ends up being interesting to see which one come out on top.

What did you want him to do? Say he was a bad guy and an ******* every interview? People have been treated worse and I think he tried to keep a nice guy image mainly for his life outside of the challenge.
(I meant to reply to the other poster Fresh Meat but just add this to the conversation lol)

Stop trying to justify how he acted on that season and I'm not even talking confessionals, just basic interactions with Brandon/Tyler/Camila and what a hypocrite be was. The fact that you lowkey justified it by "people have been treated worse". No, people shouldn't be treated like that at all.

I agree, but let's not pretend like people on other teams haven't done that. I've always liked and supported Laurel and Jenn, but the way they treated Cara Maria and Mandi, respectively, isn't really any different than what Brad and Tori did. Yes, they were all wrong, but out of everyone, I'd prefer seeing Brad and Tori win.
Laurel went about it in an awful way, but she was right about Cara Maria on Cutthroat and spot on about her relationship with Abe helping her. Jenn was just entirely awful to Mandi on FM2.

He wasn't out there attacking their family or anything entirely personal from what I remember. People act like Brad was killing peoples families on that season he was just being shady and doing what he could to finally get a win which is what 99% of people do on these shows. So what he wanted to try and keep a clean image for the cameras he was probably worried about his real life outside the challenge.

If he was worried about that then common sense would've been to stay off the Challenges period. That was just him being his usual phony self but seeing how he acted on San Diego, Inferno 2, Gauntlet 2, & The Ruins he couldn't have been too worried anyway.....he even wanted to get back into the mix on Free Agents but realized he can't hide behind the same phony game anymore claims that the show is basically "too BGC now" (when he's had his contributions to that claim).

I don't understand how he thought the show was going the way of Bad Girls Club. It wasn't even going there and it's not like he's ever been a sweet little snowflake himself. He's now better than anyone else on these shows.

Because of Nia and what happened on Portland. I can't really blame him though. To think that back then Tina got sent home for "punching" Beth, and then you fast forward to Portland and Nia comes running at Averey with a ***** slap and threatening people with a lamp but is allowed to stay, I'd also think the show was going that way too.
Probably not, there were bigger targets in the beginning.
Like? Brad would have had barely any ties to anyone in FA. Maybe Bananas but Bananas was pretty much on his own during FA. I think Brad would have been seen as a threat that needed to be eliminated early particularly because he wouldn't have had any loyalty to anyone.

That was on The Real World..The Challenge would never have gone that route.
But then again this is BMP we're talking about here...
Well as we've all seen, the whole Portland incident has been a one-off thing. Ex-Plosion & Skeletons didn't have any fights of that caliber so to jump the gun because of one incident & claim the show is going in an entirely different direction because of that is dumb. The show DID go in a different direction but nowhere near what he was talking about.
It was him moreso realizing that people see him for who he is now & wouldn't be falling for his bullshit any longer so he changed his mind about going.

I don't even like Brad that much never really did but I HIGHLY doubt he cares about people realizing he's phony. After Portland I would think production was going to let things like that happen on a challenge too. Again I think he is just very aware of how he comes off on these shows. Let him be he was shady towards people he was never really friends with.
i hope whenever Brad comes up with comparing the Challenge/Real World with BGC that he remembers a certain little incident on the Ruins. if his statement is true, than he contributed to it a lot.

Jonna, Jasmine & Leroy make their debut when players are matched up with their “worst enemy” & compete for $300,000 in Costa Rica. Camila & Theresa clash with Jasmine. Adam from the new RW Vegas punches Ty & is ejected from the game after the first mission. Mike Mike is called in to replace Adam as Leroy’s partner & they go on to make it to the final challenge. Robin returns from a two year sabbatical, but is sent home with her partner Aneesa in the first episode. Laurel enchants CT. Cara Maria is the odd duck out & is terrorized by Wes & Paula. Jenn, Evelyn & Evan make their challenge exit. High Point-Rookies Jonna & Jasmine send puzzle queen Sarah home in a Jungle elimination. Kenny’s last challenge, thank God! Low Point-A promising premise is hampered by the lack of any real, legendary rivalries save for a few like Adam/CT or Kenny/Wes. Watching Wes align with “the mob”, who is normally against him, is sad. Johnny bounces back from the CT ass-whupping in the gulag & claims victory with his equally loathsome partner Tyler. Historical Moment-After a string of major disappointments & betrayal, Paula finally gets a W with Ev as her partner. She does not return the favor & retire, however. B

I'm saying he would have been voted in first.

Doesn't excuse any of her behavior ..
